My experience with Mark at NVS was excellent and I honestly cannot praise him highly enough. He went out of his way many times to provide me with great service, including personal delivery out-of-hours, and at all times was friendly, personable and kind.

I bought a lovely car from him that was in great condition, but it developed a serious fault within the warranty period and it was unfortunately written off. Even though it was not directly Mark’s fault, he offered to find me a replacement and provided a great courtesy car while he was looking to help me with getting to work, appointments etc. Then, after a couple of weeks without finding a car to meet my specifications, Mark happily provided an immediate refund.

Overall I received great customer service and would recommend NVS to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I had a great experience purchasing my van, thanks to Mark. He was always available at the end of the phone, no matter the time, and answered every question I had with patience and clarity. He made the whole process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. The level of service was outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend

I purchased a VW Polo from NVS on 15/11/25. The car had a fault with the air conditioning and heating system which Mr. Barclay wasn't aware of. I bought it in a rush and in good faith. Mr.Barclay told me to fix it and he would reimburse me the money. He didn't want me to do it through the Pinnacle Warranties because of the paperwork. I naively did it. After lots of text messages, calls and emails, he hasn't reimbursed me the money. I tried to claim the money from the warranty but they don't pay back for the job done. He told me that he wanted to help me and that he would take the car and fix it but he hasn't done it. He also told me to use the warranty because the big fault hasn't been sorted yet. It is the end of February 2026 and still no news from him! He is ignoring my emails hoping the problems will disappear. Beware of this unscrupulous trader that the only thing he cares about is profiteering!

Mark is a true gentleman of integrity. Having bought a lovely Polo VW from Mark NVS I had a few issues with a boot lock mechanism & the auto-release petrol flap. Mark swiftly & effectively resolved the issues & even covered the cost as it was within the 6 month Warranty. I'm a very happy customer & am sure you will be too if you buy through NVS.

I purchased a car from Mark recently. His communication was amazing and had no trouble getting everything sorted. Im very happy with the purchase and condition of the vehicle and was definitely recommended. My personal experience was really smooth.

I bought a car from NVS in October. The advert stated that the only issue was the roof opening only halfway. This was completely misleading.

From October to December, I had to take the car to the garage multiple times just to make it driveable, spending a significant amount of money on repairs on top of the purchase price. The car had numerous serious issues that were never disclosed.

There was water inside the car, with electrical wires sitting in puddles of water, which is extremely dangerous. Some wires had clearly been cut (ensure why), putting my safety at risk. The windscreen was cracked, which was also not mentioned at all in the description.

The list of problems is far too long to include here.

When I raised these issues with the person who sold me the car, he said he would speak to the team. Instead, he copied and pasted a generic response (clearly from ChatGPT) and dismissed the problems as “minor,” which they absolutely were not.

The car was sold with a three-month guarantee, and he initially said he would help financially. However, as soon as I told him the actual cost of the repairs, he stopped responding.

This has been an incredibly stressful and expensive experience.

Mark at National Vehicle Suppliers Ltd goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. I bought a car with them just over a month ago, not only did he extend the warranty but when a few things went wrong in the first two weeks he didn’t hesitate to tell me to get it fixed and he’ll cover the bill. He is a man of his word and they are a great company. Can definitely recommend them when buying a car. They even drive it out to you free of charge to test drive! Top quantity service and reliable vehicles! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really happy with my purchase of the vw touran. I was kept up to date every step of the way and given lots of reassurance by Mark regarding my purchase. The best part was it was delivered right to my front door with no hassle at all. Mark travelled many hours to deliver it to me and this was no problem for him at all. The car drives like a dream and I’m confident in its safety for me and my children. Will 100% be buying any future cars from here 5*****

I bought a car from NVS last July for £5495 and have since spent almost £4000 on repairs etc.. It has been an absolute nightmare! Off the road more than on! One of the tyres was apparently over 10 years old.
The breakdown cover and warranty were useless. It was described as ’ a lovely example’ and was supposed to have had a service before delivery. Anything removable had been removed, even a locking wheelnut. Mark promised to send a missing part of doorhandle, MOT, etc. but no. I was not told of any rights to cancel or return , otherwise it would have gone straight back. Yes, I was foolish
to buy it, but I was taken in by the ’nice guy’ act and by the time it was delivered I was medically desperate for an automatic car.

No , Mark, this wasn’t months later, the problems started the week after delivery and have never stopped.
If you check your texts, you will see I texted you on 11 July as the key wouldn’t open the tailgate or lock the car. I bought a new key for £189.
16 July , I also advised of steering problems and again asked for the missing door handle as promised and again on the 11 August. No response…
I took the car to Kwikfit to check the tyres on 11 August and they replaced the 10 yr 2 mnth old illegal tyre with just 0.4 mm tread. So much for the ’new MOT’!£167.
The car was very tatty. I cannot believe it had been serviced. Even the tyre pressures were all vastly different. The hand -painted trims were peeling, there was tyre black smeared on the wheels, basics like cruise control, the cigarette lighter socket, don’t work.
The car was making noises so I booked it into my local Land Rover dealer for a full check.2 September. They replaced the EGR valve and throttle body etc. £856.30.
In September, I took the car on it’s first long journey, where it prompty broke down hundreds of miles from home. The supplied breakdown cover wouldn’t come out to repair so I paid £950 to come home in the night on a transporter to my local garage. The warranty only pays if you break down, but then exclude most parts and would pay for nothing. It cost me £1,183.01 for replacement lower arms, lower boost pipe, handbrake adjustment, another tyre etc. on 6 November.
Then in December, the car constantly wouldn’t start and the garage couldn’t take it until after Christmas so I had no car for weeks. New starter motor.
14 January £493.62.
I can produce all the relevant invoices for this nightmare experience. How many weeks has it actually been roadworthy?
Now we have the constant rain and I have a constant large puddle in the back of the car. Yes, on top of everything else, it leaks!
I would appreciate compensation!

I did contact the warranty company, Pinnacle, and have emails from them in Oct/ Nov , which I can show you. They stated that the parts were not covered.
I did not produce a terrible review. I did not insult, denigrate nor abuse you, as many would have in the circumstances. What is terrible is my experience.
It is not yet even seven months since purchase, not eight.

Mark has gone above and beyond on purchasing my new car in October, he brought it out to me to view, valet red it and serviced it and then delivered it back, I’ve recently had a problem and as it was under warranty he had it fixed and again picked it up and delivered it back, very sincere and genuine man, thank you.

Mark has been excellent from the first contact. Despite being some distance away Mark provided us with all the information we needed about the car and brought it to us to test drive with no obligation to buy. It was as described and a good price. Despite having a small issue over Christmas Mark did everything he could to put it right personally so my daughter had her car to start back at uni. Could not fault the service given, thank you.
