Naturalbedcompany Reviews

I am so pleased that I chose Natural Bed Company.
From my first tentative enquiry and request for wood samples through to my final choice of a Cochin bed in Oak, customised to my exact height requirements, it was smooth sailing all the way!
I added a matching bedside table, took advantage of the mattress selection and added one also - the Wentworth 1500 (medium) - sheer bliss!
All my queries were followed up speedily in confirmation emails. Every member of staff I spoke to was so patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
The day of delivery came, packaging was first class and the couriers (BJS) were timely and very efficient.
In the papers they handed to me I learned that Sean had hand-made my bed so many thanks to him and indeed, to all his colleagues at Natural Bed Company.

Beautiful bed- couldn’t be happier. Real craftsmanship, lovely finish and looks fantastic. Sprung slats also make it much more comfortable than our previous bed with regular slats. Really carefully wrapped and packaged for delivery and very easy to put together. Also really helpful to be able to order samples beforehand to help chose the wood. Highly recommend all round

Am absolutely delighted with our oak Camden bed! Spoke to Nicole several times before ordering and she couldn’t have been more helpful.
The bed is beautifully crafted and only took 20 minutes to put together. It’s a classic mid century modern piece of furniture. Apart from looking absolutely amazing it has been designed really well. The mattress sits on top of the frame and not in a well, which makes bed making a breeze. There is also no dangling mid bed supports due to the clever sturdy central support which makes hoovering under the bed extremely easy.
I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough!
They are very accommodating with measurements. I had 5cm taken from the headboard height to allow for a large canvas to be hung above the bed.
Thank you so much!

excellent communication & a beautiful (slightly customised) bed, delivered right on time. well worth the money

Really pleased with our bed, we went for a low one to fit in our bedroom in the eves. Lovely wood and quality. We also got a super king zip mattress which fits perfectly. Good communication before delivery. Very easy to put together and much better quality slats than many, which of course you would expect with the premium price.

Delighted with our new bed. As a special request the Natural Bed Company were happy to provide a maple Camden unfinished so that we could finish it ourselves. It is well and carefully made, well packaged for delivery, and it was straightforward to undertake the final assembly.

Love The Natural Bed Company Cool Smoked Carnaby low-profile bed finished in a super rich espresso lacquer. Excellent craftsmanship and a timeless design with a high-quality slatted base. Assembly was straightforward and arrived exceedingly well packaged. Highly recommend this store and their products.

I simply could not be happier!
I bought an absolutely stunning king size bed from Natural Bed Company, their new cool ash range. The quality is plain to see, and it's just beautiful. I went back and bought two sheets and two sets of bedding from them as well! Shipping and delivery was all easy and well informed so I never wondered where anything was.
I will definitely be coming back for more, their products and service are top notch.

Very well made bed, very happy with the quality. Easy to put together. Smooth delivery and very good communication. Would definately buy again.

The quality of the products purchased was excellent and the beds were easily assembled. Delivery of the beds to the room I wanted them in was great and the delivery protection packaging was very good and ensured no damage. This is the second time we have purchased items from The Natural Bed Company and on both occasions we were really satisfied with not only the items but also the service and assistance. So much so that we've just ordered another item.

Absolutely delighted with this beautifully designed oak bed. The whole process from ordering to delivery was straightforward. With reluctance (after a busy moving-in day) I single-handedly tackled the assembly of the bed and was relieved at the ease at which it came together. I highly recommend the product and the company.

We're really happy with our English Oak Camden, it was well worth the wait and cost! Feels solid and will hopefully last us a very long time.

We were a little surprised at how cheap some of the plastic fixings for the slats seem, but you'd never know after setting it up. The delivery company also weren't the friendliest, but that's not very unusual these days.

The bed is beautiful and was very easy to build. Communication and delivery was a breeze. We are really enjoying our new bed! Thank you natural bed company.

Love our bed from Natural Bed Company. The process was smooth, from receiving samples to help us make our decision, to the clear instructions at the order confirmation and delivery stage. The bed arrived and it was easy to assemble.

We got a Camden style bed in walnut and it is definitely the “understated statement” of our room.

Arrived on time, easily assembled and totally met our expectations. I would suggest, however, you have an Imperial measurement option for your Canadian customers - most UK web-sites have them.

Really great company to work with, start to finish was easy, we had some minor change requests to our bed and they obliged happily.

Would use again!

Great bed, lovely wood, easy to assemble. Delivery and contact information excellent.

Had a small issue all my own fault which was sorted quickly by the customer service team!

I recently purchased a bed, bedside tables and under bed drawers in maple - Handmade in Sheffield - fabulouse customers service and products. Pity so few businesses offer this level of service.

A great bed and a very smooth order and delivery process!
