Naturalbedcompany Reviews

First class customer service, nothing is too much for them! And I was very pleased with the bed I ordered, beautiful wood and lovely piece of work.

Simply put, The Natural Bed Company making a beautiful, contemporary furniture with the highest quality materials, and environmentally conscious methods.
We bought a Sahara bed in oak, and it's lovely. The bed came on-time, packaged using the bare minimum of plastic material, but carefully and securely housed in robust cardboard. The delivery company they used were also very good, and offered to unpack, but I did this myself and assembled the bed myself (which was easy). The customer service is also great - Beth was super helpful with answering my questions. I was initially hesitant about spending a bit extra on a bed from NBC, but very glad I did - it's a piece of furniture we will live with for many years, and far and away superior to a mass-manufactured bed. They have taken care to make this bed, and it shows. Very pleased indeed...smug, even :)

We purchased x2 single (solid beech) beds for our children approximately 12 years ago from this company. Now looking for another bed from naturalbedcompany.co.uk just wanted to say how very well made, silent and reliable the beds have been and still are. No deterioration/splinters etc, amazing quality.

Thank you to the naturalbedcomany

We recently bought the Carnaby in black finished oak and we love it. It is excellently made, the slat system is very supportive meaning we really have felt the difference. It was very satisfyingly simple to assemble but doesn't look or feel at all like a self-assembly!
I had some queries through the decision making process and I was helped along the way by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you!

We have now got 2 double beds, one in Oak and one in white washed pine. Both arrived on the scheduled date and did not disappoint.
Solid, handmade quality. Exactly what we wanted. Brilliant products

Beautiful bed, easiest assembly I've ever seen. Couldn't be more happy.

Beautiful, sturdy bed - very easy to assemble. Couldn't be happier!

I bought a super long size bed. It arrived within a week following clear communication and was delivered by polite delivery staff. It is a simple, elegant and super robust bed that was easy to assemble. We replaced a creaking bed. This is silent and solid. We have had it about 8 weeks. I cannot think of anything even vaguely negative to say.

We recently purchased a king-sized Custom Camden bed frame paired with a matching Whiston Zip & Link mattress from the Natural Bed Company, and we couldn't be more delighted with our decision.

From the moment we received our new bed and mattress, it was evident that we had invested in quality. The craftsmanship of the Custom Camden bed frame is impeccable, showcasing a beautiful blend of design and durability. The Whiston Zip & Link mattress has transformed our sleeping experience entirely. We find ourselves waking up refreshed and revitalized, which speaks volumes about the comfort and support it offers.

Beyond the exceptional quality of their products, the Natural Bed Company's service was exemplary. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless purchasing and delivery process. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

In conclusion, we are extremely satisfied with our purchase from the Natural Bed Company. If you're in the market for a high-quality bed that promises both comfort and style, look no further. We wholeheartedly recommend the Natural Bed Company to anyone seeking a superior sleeping solution.

Bought a super king Camden in Walnut. Expensive but absolutely beautiful! Very happy. You can see the quality from the moment you unwrap it. Very good, solid and straightforward connection/assembly parts. Would not hesitate to buy again if we needed another one!
We opted for 5cm increased headboard gap which turned out to be the right decision as we bought a thick 28cm Harrison Spink mattress to go with it.

We have been buying beds from Natural Bed Company for 20 years - we have 3 now! They are beds for life. You can get replacement parts when you need it. The delivery and buying system is excellent. The whole process feels very human and I love that.

Easy to order. Clear policies on Environment and fair pay for staff. I purchased a duvet set and mattress protector. Both very good quality. I am very pleased with both and will definitely buy from here again. Delivery was quick and both items came with information about the product, washing the product and shrinkage due to the products being natural cotton fibres.

We had to wait almost a year for the Cube bedside cabinets to be back in stock, but it was definitely worth it. Beautiful oak, well-made drawers, and gorgeous finish. And a great match for our Zanskar bed. So glad we waited.

We ordered our bed frame from the natural bed company who customised the frame free of charge to our mattress thickness.
The frame came on time and looks fantastic.
Well made very sturdy.
I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would recommend to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⚡️

I’ve bought 2 of their beds and both are beautifully made. The clever design makes them simple to assemble and the craftsmanship is absolutely top quality. They’re not cheap but if you want the best of British design and craftsmanship look no further.

Superb quality and superb service. Best UK hand made beds we could find and we looked everywhere. We got three double beds for the children. My daughter’s 4 poster is particularly impressive. It’s not just the finish on the outside which is fantastic…on the inside where one does not see the bed, it is equally as good. Cannot recommend the product highly enough.

I'm pleased to report that we are both sleeping exceptionally well on the wonderful mattress you supplied. It really is extremely comfortable. On top of that, or should I say underlying it, the oak frame is beautifully made and is reassuringly solid, and still has a lovely smell of natural wood. I didn't mention your patient and informative help with our initial decision-making process and also your great delivery crew. Five stars on all fronts!.

From the beginning starting with samples to communication to our final bed (the Canaby in Ash), we are really happy with our whole experience and new bed!

I purchased an oregon platform bed and a madras bedside table. They're both beautiful, and were delivered with care by a competent and friendly company. Really easy self-assembly. I couldn't be happier!

Umm'd and ahh'd over the Modern Leith for a long time and eventually took the plunge - and so glad we did! It is a beautiful bed, solid and well-made and super comfortable to sleep on. We got a King Size, our first one after many years in a double - acres of room! Customer service was excellent, the team at Natural Bed Company kept us informed about despatch dates and the delivery guys were also great, really helpful and polite. We also bought the linen bedding (in sage and charcoal) as we didn't have anything in king size - it's fabulous!! Can't recommend them more highly, brilliant all round.
