Naturalbedcompany Reviews

I purchased few pieces from Naturalbed Company, including a bed. All products are very high quality and of great design. Love it! And therefore recommend it, it’s worth to wait for couple of months ( just for the bed).

When we first placed our order, the natural bed company provided the estimated delivery date- 16 weeks. They kept us up to date - bed delivered on time. We have the Carnaby Kingsize- really comfy, looks great and we are sleeping well. Thanks

We love our new bed. It's beautifully made in ash, the finish is superb and it was a nice touch to know it was made by Charles. He did a good job!
The ordering and delivery process was all straightforward, the bed was well wrapped and the construction easy.
All in all a very good experience and we would definitely recommend the Natural Bed Co both for quality and service.

Excellent service to support very well designed and constructed natural wood furniture - I bought a bedside table. Thank you to the team at NBC for being super helpful!

We bought a Nevada double bed from The Natural Bed Company. It is of a high quality and assembly was relatively easy. The delivery process was efficient and pleasant. I would strongly recommend this product

We ordered a king size Tibet bed frame in oak from the Natural Bed Company over the phone. A very efficient lady took our deposit payment and advised us of the expected construction time.

We were advised a week before of the delivery details, and the delivery company also contacted us to finalise everything.

When it arrived, it had been meticulously wrapped to protect it. I found it simple to assemble with the spanner supplied. The frame is well made, the wood of excellent quality, and it is smooth with no imperfections.

The frame looks just like the images in the website gallery. We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend NBC to anyone seeking a natural wood bed frame!

Wonderful store in Sheffield with really helpful and knowledgeable staff. The bed components were heavy but straightforward to assemble. The quality of workmanship is excellent, it looks great and is very comfortable. Highly recommended

Great quality. Love the bed!

I was looking for a quality wooden bed and was thrilled when I found the Natural Bed Company website. I visited their store in Sheffield to get a much better understanding of what styles were available. I'm very pleased to say I made my choice and 12 weeks later I'm now sleeping in my beautiful oak bed. My husband is a carpenter and can vouch for the quality and craftsmanship of this bed. I had trouble sleeping before, waking up feeling achy and bruised. Thankfully that has all stopped thanks to my awesome bed. This is truly an investment and worth every penny!

Very friendly and helpful customer service. Really happy with the high quality and look of the beds and bedside tables. The furniture is extremely well made and sturdy.

We purchased the Tibet double bed, the customer service was excellent, the bed being delivered exactly on time. The quality of the workmanship is absolutely excellent, we couldn't be happier with the bed. Would definitively recommend, it's worth paying for the quality of this product.

Camden King - Walnut

Fantastic build quality and lovely wood. So easy to erect. Really nice people to deal with.

Arrived when they said would, lovely bed well constructed. Very solid.

We bought a Hoxton bed in walnut. Expensive but fantastic quality. It will last us for the rest of our lives. The bed is beautifully crafted, smooth to the touch and the wood is just lovely. It arrived exactly when expected and was easy for two of us to put together. The only negative was the four month wait, but to be fair the website was very clear about the timescales and we planned around it so it wasn't a problem.

The Camden
We recently bought the Camden. Art is a really beautiful item. While it did take a while to be manufactured and delivered, when it did arrive, the instructions we clear and the item was quickly and easily assembled. Really pleased with our purchase

Very happy with the service this is the second time we have used the Natural bed company and been very happy with this company

Beautiful hand-crafted bed. I'm happy to give The Natural Bed Company 5 stars.
We bought the Hoxton, superking in cherry wood. It was great buy and while expensive certainly feels worth both the money and the wait. Instructions for assembly were clear and the quality of the finish is really lovely. A bed that will last us a long time.

Excellent product supplied by brilliant people. Will certainly be purchasing beds from the Natural Bed Company again.

Extremely pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the bed we bought. Definitely worth the wait! Excellent customer service - from initial enquiries to delivery details. Highly recommended.

I bought the Hoxton bed in walnut and matching Camden bedside tables. The quality of the items is excellent. The bed is sturdy and was quick and simple to assemble. The long lead time for the bed was made clear during the purchasing process and the items were delivered on time.
The delivery guys could not have been more helpful. My house is a “challenge” to deliver to and they completed the task with politeness and good humour.
Overall the buying experience was excellent and I’m delighted with the quality and design of the furniture.
I highly recommend The Natural Bed Company.
