Neatsmith were a pleasure to deal with from the first meeting with Carolina, through to the excellent fitting service. Nothing was too much trouble. Carolina was so patient as we changed our minds about styles and finishes, and we are completely delighted with the end result. Happy to recommend Neatsmith, both on price and quality.

We used Neatsmith in Hampton Hill for Bedroom Furniture. We did it in two phases, which Neatsmith were happy to do.
Carolina was the the ultimate professional yet very approachable. She did an excellent job with all the measurements and helped us with a design that works with our space.
We had a couple of small issues with the first instalment but was resolved. 2nd phase was seamless, Uri the fitter was an exceptional professional.
Very happy with the quality, look and service.

A very enjoyable and professional service from start to finish. Carolina did an amazing job designing the layout of my wardrobes and was very helpful on all levels. My wardrobes were built within the specified period and I had no delays. Although I was quoted 2 days to fit the wardrobes, it was actually completed in 1 day. The fitters worked very hard and did an extremely professional job and left everything neat and tidy. I’m am thrilled with my beautiful wardrobes.

Amazing product- terrible customer service, order delayed multiple times, so unapologetic, terrible communication and rude customer service staff. So disappointing

Excellent service, Zaynah at Chelsea branch was extremely helpful, efficient , knowlegable and gave me a great advice on desiging our wardrobe and shoe Cabinet in the bedroom. We are awaiting to complete the installation process , It is sad to see her leaving and hence I am leaving this review to thank Zaynah for the amazing work she has done and wish her the best of luck

I am very happy with the final product that was delivered: a beautiful, bespoke extra long and large wardrobe and despite there being some communication and delivery issues, the team at Neatsmith made good on the mistakes and I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

Their thoughtful gesture of goodwill and then follow-up to ensure that all was good, made me feel like a treasured customer.

When we told them clearly what the issues were, they fixed it. I'm glad I stuck with them and will use them again.

Excellent service from design to installation. Carolina at the Hampton store was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave great advice. Marcos and his colleague fitted the bespoke wardrobe to an exceptional standard. The fitting was excellent. The whole team was a pleasure to deal with and the product is of very high quality and stands way above its competitors.

My experience was incredible and highly needed after an exhausting house renovation. Neatsmith's were awesome from the exceptional ladies at the Chelsea showroom (Cristina) to the fantastic installation organisation (Katie). The design process (all the choices) was just so enjoyable. Large walk in dressing room. Once ordered the team were fantastic, the installation couldn't have gone smoother. Organised with military precision. The installation guys were Amazing, so clean, tidy and with such tremendous attention to detail. I would like to order everything through Neatsmiths. I wish they did kitchens!!

And yes this is a real review, from a real customer. I am just so ecstatic with the process and end result I can't sing their praises enough.

Neatsmith delivered a splendid project for us, a large custom wardrobe under a sloped roof, and an office space. Both look absolutely stunning. From start to finsih, Neatsmith delivered very high quality: the 3D models were very well made and helped us visualise the final project months before completion, comms were clear throughout, and the person sent on site to build the project was discreet, pleasant and professional. Recommend highly!

Excellent service from start to finish. Samantha and Mariana oversaw the design process, and not only did they create 4 aesthetically beautiful schemes for us, but each piece of cabinetry is so functional and fit for purpose. The quality of the product is excellent, is comfortable and easy to use and robust. The installers were neat, polite and extremely diligent. An excellent service and experience. Will definitely use Neatsmith again.
