I would not use this brand. Whilst the jewellery is lovely, the customer service is non-existence. Unable to initiate a return, over 10 messages ignored, and breach of consumer duty rights. Need to return an order but money is taken with no communication. Feels unethical!
No return or refund possible
My order for t-bar necklace was accepted but it was not made clear enough on the order that it was pre order item so I could not have the fast delivery option I requested on order web site for a birthday present. I was informed of this and a plating issue by email which meant I received the item much later than I wanted .
When I received item it was not the correct length I ordered. 60cm instead of 50cm.
I have had no response to 4 emails and 2 web chat contact efforts where I am asking for return instructions and a full refund. The necklace cost £78 and is no longer needed as a gift.
They need to communicate their return and refund system. I am very disappointed and frustrated not to hear from them because I placed my order in good faith and was prepared to accept the small delay . I cannot accept the different length to my original order and want a refund and return.

Non existent customer service
Received the wrong item (necklace so short it would barely fit round my neck) emailed a week ago, no response despite the company saying that they respond within 2 business days. Sent another email- again with no response. Now am left with a necklace that doesn’t fit and no way of getting it changed- sent email via their website and also directly from my email. Have heard nothing. Terrible customer service. Order 73330
Not worth the money
I contacted the company twice to get an update on my order and never received a response as it was taking quite a bit longer than described on the website and order email. To this day I still haven't had a response. I received my order and although it looks as described it feels extremely cheap. £38 for a locket and chain I could probably get elsewhere for ALOT cheaper and after doing a bit of research, without the basic engraving this is likely true. I had waited some time before ordering and was really looking forward to receiving it and was overall disappointed. I wish I had dug a little deeper in to their reviews before ordering because there seems to be alot more negative reviews than it first appears. Won't be wearing much if at all as I am skeptical of the necklaces durability. I have requested a return but based on previous reviews I'm not sure I will get a response.
Poor Quality Jewellery with Awful Customer Service
I ordered the Liberty Necklace. All but one of the gems dropped out the same day that it arrived.
I contacted customer service who replied quickly, apologised and said they would send out a replacement.
The 'replacement' I received was a tiny jewellery extender chain, not the necklace.
I've contacted customer services multiple times about this issue and have been ignored.
Completely unnaceptable service given the pricepoint of the jewellery.

I'm so confused if this brand is a scam??? I thought since it's stocked on ASOS it could be trusted but apparently not. I made an order on 14th Jan for a necklace which was on sale but had no indication it was on 'pre order'. I received a confirmation email to say it would be shipped within 5 - 8 working days but I still haven't received an email to say it's been posted. 16 days later I've followed up on email multiple times and even resorted to chasing via IG DMs. I've been completely ignored and still haven't received any type of update on why there has been a delay. Makes me think they don't actually have the stock to hand. I don't know what to do anymore as this brand has blatantly stolen my money. I wish I had checked the reviews and IG comments before purchasing as clearly many customers have had the same experience. So disappointing - take your money elsewhere.

Purchased two necklaces on the Black Friday sale, aware they were pre-order. Now two months on, I still don't have one of the necklaces I paid £59 for.
I have contacted customer services on January 12th whom said I would receive my necklace and free gift within 5 days, now 23rd January and no update.

Shocking customer service
If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Ordered a Christmas present from this brand at the end of November/start of December. By 16th December, there had still been no update on my order being dispatched. I contacted customer services and had no response. In the meantime, I ordered a replacement from a different brand, which was dispatched the next day and arrived 3 days after ordering.
My Neck on the Line order eventually arrived on 20th December, at which point I emailed requesting to return. Heard nothing. Emailed again, heard nothing. I have now emailed 3 times requesting information on how to return the product and get my money back, and rather than reply, the owner of this brand has blocked me from being able to send emails. This is shocking behaviour, it’s illegal, and this company is stealing money from its customers. A quick look at their Instagram comments shows it’s not just me dealing with issues like these. I fully recommend taking your money elsewhere and spending with a brand who actually care about their customers.

Really disappointed. I have ordered two pairs of earrings. These were in stock and NOT back order. I have emailed 3 times to ask for tracking information and all emails have been ignored. This has now been reported to SHOP and my bank. I appreciate running a small business is hard as I am from a family background of small businesses. Over promising really is not an acceptable way to run a small business.
Beautiful excellent quality jewellery
I have ordered 3 necklaces, a bracelet and some earrings all were in stock except one item on preorder. They are all beautiful and well made and I love them so much. I have had so many complements when wearing them. Delivery was super quick on all items that were in stock and beautifully packaged.
I would give 5 stars but one item was a preorder and there was absolutely no communication on the update or status of the pre order item which was annoying not even a dispatch message so I wasn’t sure if it was coming etc so this is why I knocked it down to 4 stars. But the rest of the experience was great and as I said I absolutely love all the items

Don’t bother at these prices, if at all tbh
Cheap metal, not good quality, some of the designs are nice but the materials are not and I feel ripped off. £45 necklace isn’t worth more than £10 and that’s being generous. Can’t find anywhere customer services to contact. Update: you have to contact them to get return details. I did that on the 28th Nov and got a response rejecting my complaint about quality without providing any return details. I asked again to return, no reply. Seems you can’t return the goods. Is that even legal? The good reviews seem fishy to me. AVOID. Update. The initial email absolutely asked about return and refund so your reply is not true. I now have had these details emailed just now.

Faulty earrings
Faulty earrings, I emailed, no reply. Submitted a contact form and was contacted three days late and was told that the pin needs to be slightly pushed up in order to close. I replied confirming the clasp wouldn’t close at all, requested an exchange and shock - no response.
They seem to ignore customers genuine reasons when it comes to returns after reading through their reviews
