Incorrect instructions regarding uploading API information on carriers website. You can only enter this data 24 hours before check in. Neilson instructions said make sure you add these details 6 weeks... Toon meer

Great resort with lovely laid back social vibe . Beautiful setting. Remote Greece but for me that’s part of its charm. Great tennis and reality lovely MTB routes - lots through olive groves, vines etc... Toon meer

Neilson offers a range of award-winning overseas active holidays across seven countries, including beach clubs, ski chalets and yachts. There aren't many companies where 7 out of 10 of our guests return to relive the experience again, and again. Mind you, there aren't many holiday companies like Neilson. In part it's because we're in some of Europe's most beautiful locations - across Greece, Sardinia, Croatia and Turkey - and now Mauritius. All our activities are inclusive, likewise the delicious, locally sourced food. And in part it's because of how a Neilson holiday makes you feel. Our holidays are a unique alchemy; the enthusiasm of amazing guests and the dedication of equally amazing staff; a willingness to give it a go now and have a laugh about it later. We call it good energy and you'll feel it the moment you walk into any of our resorts.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Rebooked within 4 weeks if returning from a great week with Neilson as a sole traveller in Sardinia. Totally recommend. Great experience.

prompt telephone answering..a delight…

prompt telephone answering..a delight to talk to someone quickly rather then being kept on hold.
Both the people I dealt with were helpful and informative.
Your rep was very helpful in keeping the booking overnight when my bank declined payment for some unknown reason .

Great activities

Great activities, tennis team were knowledgable and great fun too.
All staff throughout the resort are really friendly and we enjoyed the trip so much, we booked another Neilsons holiday whilst sitting at the airport to go home.

Bit glitchy

It was very hard to book on a phone and I had to switch to the computer. That was a bit annoying. Also, the lead name had to match the payment details and that’s not very sensible as the lead may not be the payer. Surely you could have the option to change the billing address. Again, had to restart the whole process because of that.
