I have had the best experience with Michael the property manager from Nelson Alexander Brunswick. Always helpful, responsive and diligent with following things up. Consistently excellent service for the 2+ years I've been with him.

Janine Ballantyne has been our go-to agent, both as venders and buyers, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Janine Ballantyne of Nelson Alexander was amazing with the selling of my cousin’s property. She guided me from the very beginning, with suggesting what work should be done to the property and assisted with sourcing appropriate suppliers and trades. Janine is very personable, patient and a great communicator and I found that nothing was too much trouble for her. She kept me updated throughout the auction campaign. Tom, the auctioneer was also amazing, outlining how the auction day would be conducted and the possible scenarios on the day. Mereoni was just amazing - from the get-go she was full of advice and guidance for how to set our home up for sale. And her network of people to support that from staging to painting were all excellent. She made a real difference to how we presented our home, and in a really tricky market we got a good result.

Mereoni was great providing continued support on the property looking to maximise the sale. She was friendly, down to earth and was able to break things down in a manner easy to understand.

I recently bought an apartment through Nelson Alexander, the agent was Robert Cattanach. He was very amenable and helpful. He was not 'pushy', my impression of him was that he was honest and ethical. He was calm and patient, and made a stressful process relatively easy & straightforward.

My Rental Property Manager, Michael Rashoo provides a service I thought was long lost in terms of being so reliable in everything he says and does, is traditional in genuinely caring about his clients and can be relied on to get the job done.

I have more than one property that Michael looks after and I can honestly say after over 10 years, I have rarely had any major issues with tenants and services provided under Michael's care.

He is a credit to the Nelson Alexander brand and I can comfortably recommend him for any property management related work anyone would require.

Kinga Szwed in Keilor East was very rude to deal with. I do not recommend dealing with them at all for buying or selling. Very rude and abrupt.

Nelson Alexander were very easy to sell my house with. They gave me great advice prior to the campaign, and on auction day. Anthony was a great communicator, updating me regularly both on the phone and email. If I were to sell again - I'd use him!

Paul Spirli, Nelson Alexander North Carlton Office, is a professional and passionate Agent who managed the recent campaign for the sale of our apartment in Coburg and dealt with all interested Buyers.
He attended the Opens on time looking pristine and followed up all enquiries and kept us, the Vendors, fully informed as to interest following through to the successful sale which only saw the property on the market for several weeks.
