Katie has been a real pleasure to work with in the process of buying a house. We’ve dealt with quite a few agents so far and she’s truly stood out with her professionalism, preparedness, quick communication with both us and the owner, kindness and approachable, trustworthy manner.

We had a brilliant experience with Joe Williams at Nested, having had a poor time when trying to sell our flat in Balham with a larger chain estate agent the previous year. Joe was professional, efficient and transparent throughout the process, keeping us fully up to date as things progressed. We were on a rather tight schedule and Joe went above and beyond to ensure the move happened according to our timelines, even helping to liaise with solicitors and the estate agent representing our vendors. Francesca of Nested Chislehurst oversaw our purchase and helped to complete on a quick conveyancing process following the demands of our downward chain. She turned around our enquiries quickly and efficiently which was hugely appreciated especially during extenuating circumstances for the vendors that they were representing. She has also been very helpful in addressing some queries about the property after we had moved in. Our pet dog especially enjoyed the treats we received in the welcome parcel that greeted us on completion from Nested!

Great buying experience with Jack from Nested, Chelmsford. This was our first purchase so new to the process but he was very proactive and helped us through, including putting us together with conveyancers who were constantly giving updates and pushing for progress. Couldn't recommend enough.
