Tom managed my sale and purchase and I honestly am not sure we would have made it all happen without his determination! We completed both as part of a 5 house chain within 2.5 months from offer to completion.

There were multiple delays and complications on both sides but he always remained positive and supportive. Communication was easy, he was responsive and friendly throughout via email and text.

The online listing for my sale looked great, the photos were very well done, Tom came over himself to help the photographer get the best shots.

Would not hesitate to recommend!

Had a good experience selling my flat which had had cladding issues. Michael Flynn was experienced and gave good advice for the sales process, made sure the viewings were at convenient times, and managed the sale very professionally. There were a few hiccups and curveballs with the freeholder's paperwork, but Michael was able to defend the price and was a fantastic ally throughout the process. I went with Nested partly because of their well designed digital offering (which was great for the early days of getting viewings) but getting to the offer was just the start. Given the fairly complex sales process, I'm very glad to have had a skilled and responsive agent working on the case, to apply the right pressure at the right times.

From the day Pablo Brezzo became my nested agent it became clear he was a different type of agent compared to my previous experiences, nothing was to much trouble he gave expert advice and took care everything, even when there where some hiccups he was on the ball following up with other agents and even my mortgage company, helping everything to go through smoothly.

Ben Nutley was such a great help in selling my property. Upfront, easily contactable, great to work with and on the ball. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Simon Bourne was very helpful and extremely responsive. We bought a property via him and he did everything possible to help. Would highly recommend.

A brilliant alternative to the high street sharks. A platform for independent estate agents who will be more dedicated and personal to you a a better rate. Highly recommend, especially in the KT3 area with Kirsty who i can only describe as a hero. We could not have done it with out her. Not only did she find a buyer immediately and supported us through every step, including dealing with a very uncommunicative solicitor, but gave some fantastic difficult advise. Tom Cottrell was great and got my place photographed (with some amazing pics) and sold in literally a week for more than the asking price, while we were away on holiday! He was v responsive throughout and generally a great guy. Would definitely recommend using Tom.

I rate Pablo for his proactive and attentive approach.
We worked together well, I gave Pablo all the details, stories and quirks that I thought would be relevant to selling our property fast, for the best price and to the right buyer. We timed the photo's to maximize the best of the natural light and really show the property at its best. Pablo took it from there and we didn't look back.
He kept us informed along the way, returned calls and answered questions whenever asked.
I have to say it helps if as a seller you are proactive and support your agent. We had a rhythm where we made the property available at the weekend and all but x1 evening a week. If you want to sell than you need to view things from your buyers perspective and ultimate flexibility is the key.
Fortunately it took no time at all to go under offer and the rest is history.

We recently had the fantastic opportunity to work with Ben from Nested who helped facilitate the entire purchase process for the property. Meeting Ben was an incredibly refreshing experience in contrast to the "standard traditional" estate agents we've usually encountered. Usually the estate agents we come across are very passive, unaccommodating and treat you like a tick box exercise with very limited knowledge on the property.
Ben was very transparent from day one, he knew his information inside out regarding the seller and his history, indepth information of the property, he helped facilitate the viewings whenever we needed, he knew our requirements, expectations and overall was very personable with his experience in the industry. He also went one step further in making the sure legal process with the solicitors was running smooth from both parties.
I would highly recommend using Ben, he really redefines what an estate agent should be! Going forward I hope to use Ben again in the future and have already recommended him to family and friends.

OK this is the third time Jack has sold a house for me. As a landlord selling my properties one by one he is steadily moving up my list of "most called person".
Went to market in October, sold in December and completed in March, not the easiest of times to sell.
Jack made suggestions for improving the look and feel of the house which are not always obvious.
He puts potential buyers at ease with his charming and winning manner and I believe leaves a lasting impression (or perhaps I am thinking of his solemn gaze from the "for sale" board).
He is like an usher that guides you to your destination with calm and minimal fuss.
