The first time we have used Nested, our agent Pablo was a pleasure to deal with, working hard to sell our property, always keeping us informed and very professional, definitely knows the property business inside and out. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend.

I researched a lot of estate agents & after speaking to Alan Shields, I knew he was my guy.

Alan had my Ayrshire property on the market & in 10 days we had 17 viewings, 5 offers at closing date with an agreed sale £20,103 over my marketing price! Trust this man, he knows what he is doing.

I cannot recommend Ryan Elsam Nested estate agents or his parent company Nested estate agents . Last year we moved house and we were selling and purchasing using Ryan Elsam nested estate agents. We withdrew from the house purchase due to lack of transparency on the onward chain and started the process to buy a chain free property listed with another agency. At this point Ryan’s sales progressor sent the following message to our buyers by WhatsApp:-
“If you do wish to apply pressure that they could be at the risk of losing their buyers, I will as they need you more than you need them, you are in the driving seat “
Our buyers were totally shocked by this and sent it on to us, we were astonished by this message.
I thought agents were supposed to act with integrity and in the best interest of their clients. They obviously were not in our case !
So I would never use them again or recommend anyone to use them
