Very helpful .. We would definitely use them again

Pre - ordered three bar stools which were initially out of stock, these were delivered sooner than expected, needed another, and was given a good deal on the fourth one which was delivered the following day. Very satisfied with the product and the service received. I am sure I will be using this company again, and will recommend to others also. First Class.

Lounge tub chair exactly as described, comfortable (albeit with no back support due to low design) and of very good quality. Delivered on promised day with one hour window advised by carrier early in the day. Well packaged and simple to assemble.

I bought a table from net furniture because their prices are very reasonable compare to everywhere else and Zed was very helpful in explaining the types and models and service was fast and excellent .as a result I am going to buy more furniture from this retailer.

Ordered a tiled extending table . Delivered within days. There was a fault but Netfurniture replaced it very quickly .Very happy withe the table and chairs and very happy with the way the problem was sorted out.

I ordered a music stool from them and on delivery I discovered that it had been damaged in transit (they are shipped direct from the manufacturer). The guys at netfurniture sorted out a replacement straight away with no hassle at all. The replacement was delivered quickly and was in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

Contacted Zed on Monday 19th October as there was a problem with the cushions on 2 of my stools which were less than 3 months old. There was no quibbling and new cushions arrived on Thursday 22nd October. I was most impressed with the efficiency in dealing with my issue, speed of resolution and service. Thank you

Prompt delivery after ordering though an email saying it had been despatched would have been better as was not in when delivered so had to re-arrange delivery.
