The Office Chair I ordered was as per the description and is of the highest quality, I particularly liked the Price Waiter option which allowed me to get a better price. Definitely worth making an offer, would use Netfurniture again.

Concept of making an offer before purchase is a good one but this definitely favours the seller. Furniture does not appear as in photos. When chairs arrived they looked cheap and nasty and were made out of plywood and mismatched veneer. One of the chairs was damaged and the packaging was woefully inadequate. I paid £100 per chair (which I would have been happy to do for good quality) but when I actually saw the chairs I wouldn't have paid £20 for the lot! I had previously recommended the site to a friend but I will now alert them to beware.

I ordered a table which was damaged on delivery.

I contacted Net Furniture on Sunday 21 June, and a replacement was delivered on Tuesday 23 June in perfect condition.

They were very good to deal with and I would certainly recommend them.

We used Netfurniture to purchase some tables we needed for a big exhibition stand at work. They were ordered as a panic last minute purchase. From placing the order, we had them in our officw within 24 hours and the quality was exceptional. They finished the stand off a treat and looked fantastic. The Service was fantastic and we will certainly be using them again.

I now buy most things on line mainly through ebay and professional ebay sellers most of the time goods arrive damaged or I am disappointed with the quality. NOT with Net Furniture. The table is perfect quality, perfect condition and I am very, very pleased with my purchase. Shame they don't sell the chairs I want too as would definitely buy again and recommend this company

The table top and base that we bought came within 2 days of ordering.

It was extremely well packed and on a pallet with supporting base board for further protection.

We were over the moon with the quality of the product the like of which we had failed to find in all the retail furniture stores we had previously visited.

Netfurniture's service is also to be complimented. I went online to their site as I was unsure how to assemble the top to the base. Where were the screws? The person on the online help talked me through the assembly and said the screws would be in the package but if not she would send some next working day. I found the screws but it was too late to let them know. Next day I got a text from them asking if I had managed and inviting me to contact them if I needed any more help. What more can you say..... Fantastic!
