I bought a bunch of items to be delivered to a friend (inside joke) I tipped over $18 because I included specific instructions that it was a gift and if they could write a one sentence note, I would appreciate it. In their online instructions it says they will attach a note. They did not and I am upset I tipped so much before this was done.

Order placed at 12:30 for 8 items with a note indicating that the delivery was for a friend who was feeling down and rapid delivery would be appreciated. 4 hours later, delivery still has not occurred (reason quoted was due to impossibility of reaching me - neither telephone nor email were used to try). The people on the telephone line are incredibly rude and unhelpful and to cap it all off, half of my items have now been replaced by other items!!! Their excuse "we are a small company and so we do not always have everything in stock". 2 specific items out of a total of 8 screams incompetence. Rather than a little deliverybti cheer my friend up this has turned into a farce with my friend now having to leave work early to receive the items... i am very unhappy with the level of service.

There was a mistake in the address and when i called them up they vwere very unhelpful. address was written correctly by me when placing the order

The chatbot was exceptionally helpful, but there was a bug in your code where I could not checkout.

Got a call to change several items from my order which I found to be wonderful. Most places either simply substitute or cut those out of the order. Delivery was prompt. However, the pictures of the salami we bought was a full salami, but what arrived was a package of slices.

Might be a great addition to the NYC late night ordering scene if they deliver what they show - - even if everything is a bit on the high side. It was after 10 pm when we made the order, one should expect to have to pay premium.

I discovered this site looking for a hard-to-find product, and the product was delivered to me in less than 2 hours! They didn't have as many as I ordered, and called to tell me, then gave me a credit.

The best of the best. Good items, fresh produce, cold brew...my wife loves their selection of Lean Cuisine....and they deliver very quickly in Manhattan.

The only beer distributor in the metro area to be responsive at any time of the day and always meets our needs. We've had other beer distributors give us the runaround and had one actually not show up with our keg when promised. We never had that issue with NYGrocery. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I can NOT verify online if my order has been delivered unless I allow your web sight to install 'cookies' in my search engine... Why would i want you to be able to track what I look at if I can not FIRST verify if you can do a simple task that i have ALREADY PAID FOR... so no I do not see a reason to use your service again
BUT your answer does not cover everything.. your web site will NOT LET you just log in to verify to see if my order unless I in port a zip code and there it where Norton Security flags your website and warns that your website is trying to intrude tracking cookies. So NO I can not just log an to verify

Best service provider for flowers I have ever used! Fanstastic service and even a follow up email to ensure the person received them as it was delivered to the doorman as she did not answer the phone.The flowers were exactly per the picture – if not better, wrapped so elegantly at the bottom. I was very happy with your excellent service. Thank you, and definitely recommend and will use again
