First time tried. same-day delivery! on sunday! prompt. have two-hour turnaround. pleasant. website easy. no delivery fee. prices reasonable. good choices. etc. would definitely use again. have used fresh direct.

fast and reliable

We ordered 3 different items and only received 1 of the items correctly. The others weren't what we ordered at all.

I ordered tulips to be delivered asap as a surprise. While the web site said they were in stock, I soon received a phone call stating that they were out of tulips. Although communication was very challenging due to background noise, I left it to the merchant to be creative - but to include some roses.

Then the delivery person ran into issues when the recipient was unexpectedly not home. I received another immediate call, and not only did the delivery person find a decent hiding spot, but they sent me photos of the spot to be sure I thought it would work. It did, and, in the end, the gorgeous arrangement was picked up and on the table.

They truly "deliver" the goods. They indicate they try and fill the orders within two hours and they actually do get the orders out within that timeframe. Much faster than say Fresh Direct. The groceries are all packed well, no issues. All in all very reliable, fast service here in NYC.

Chat support was very helpful, and the website is great. I ordered ahead for a future date, so I can't review the delivery/pickup process yet, but everything has been very good so far.

The delivery window was 9am-10am and it showed up a little after 11am. They didn't attempt to contact me to let me know. Not cool.

Glad to have the groceries delivered as my child was sick. Only issue was missing a few items. Driver did ask me if it was ok to sub ahead of time

The sale is complete and your credit card has been charged. Then the vendor assigned by the website calls telling you they don't have what you ordered and that they will replace with similar or something else. Most of the time it works out fine and they even throw in some extra bonus for you, but sometimes I really need what I ordered. The website should be updated to what the vendors can really supply. 100% of time I placed an order I got a call from the vendor saying they didn't have what I wanted. 90% of time it works out fine, but otherwise it's hard to trust the service knowing surprises will come your way. Perhaps I should just call the vendor directly and put the order directly, knowing exactly what they have or not. Whoever is behind the commission and the website operation should know that selling stuff you can't deliver is not the best way to escalate a business. Sooner or later your clients will find another supplier that sells what they can really deliver. I'll give five stars to the vendor because they try hard and are very courteous and fast, but to the website service overall, nahh, will be hard to go back.

I have a catering company, Great Parties, and I have ordered from this company several times over the past year. Wrong product was sent and they came back with the correct order, they are more than willing to work with you. I will use them again.

I had never tried online grocery delivery before this evening. I was pleasantly surprised when the delivery man showed up with an item that I was called about and told that was not in stock. I appreciate that. I am impressed with the variety of beer selection that your store offers as well. Not many local retailers have such a wide selection. I spent probably 30 minutes typing in different obscure beers that I could think of, and you had every one of the ones that I could think of. The bottom of one of the inside of one of the grocery bags was wet with something... not sure what it was (perhaps the hotdogs leaked somehow), but otherwise, it was a positive experience, and it saved me a lot of time from visiting a local grocer which I appreciate as well. Thank you!

The order which was for a party arrived 3 hours late. They co tiniest lied and said the driver was 5 minutes away. Finally I learn the driver delivered to the wrong address!!!!

Beers arrived on time and cold, the delivery person very patient with the delay of getting him in.

They don't actually have the products they have on the website! I have to change all my order because they didn't have the things I asked for. Disappointed

my 93 yr old mother-in-law was very sick and couldn't get out - she was in sore need of some provisions - i ordered some groceries for her and they were delivered in less than an hour.

i couldn't be more happy with the quality and speed of the service.

i will not hesitate to use your company in the future.

It is the fourth time I ordered beer on this store, because they have a full brands in store. In the last three orders, they had some brands of beer I ordered out of stock, but I didn't mind and just took them, since I would order about 50 bottles and sometimes a pack of 6 bottles would be different, that is fine. But this time, only 6 bottles are correct, all of rest beers are in wrong kind. They even didn't notice me in advance as they can not fulfill the order at all!!!! Interestingly, they verified my credit card number after I placed the order, but never told me they didn't have the beer I ordered. Then, the delivery guy came to my door and beg me to accept the different kinds of beer. I hope the store does not do this on purpose, but just make a simple phone call before you send the delivery guy, that will be completely different.
