Samuel and Edward have been absolutely outstanding from start to finish with our house purchase. Using Nexa Law for the Sale Conveyance of my house in Bristol and also for the Purchase Conveyance when buying my new house was one of the best decisions I could have made. In both cases I found my solicitor, Julia Hurran, excellent. The Sale Conveyance was particularly difficult but Julia fielded even the most absurd queries with intelligence, patience and humour. The purchase Conveyance although easier had it's moments and again I was so glad to have Julia acting on my behalf.

A friend recommended Zahrah Aullybocus of Nexa after we had a bad experience with a different law firm. Zahrah was sensational - she navigated us through a highly complicated shared ownership sale/purchase case, managing a number of third party management companies, housing associations and developers in the process.

Zahrah was always available, reliable in responding and willing to talk us through the aspects we did not understand.
