Fab as usual!! Love Noissue and their team.

I needed decorative boxes for a work function and had no time for a proof (not even sure they offer them...). I did find it unusual that they asked for a .pdf for printing, but my graphic designer seemed fine with it and was able to add the appropriately sized image the 2nd time.
I like that they have a person who checks the image quality for you and reports back before they print. I wish I understood better from the website page I ordered from the level of gloss on the box, but again, that would have been answered had I had enough time for a sample first. Overall, we really like the box and it will be perfect for our event. Will definitely try them again for any similar future need - hopefully with more time for proofing.

The custom 72mm water activated tape turned out beautifully. Their team supported me with the design, the proof was turned around very quickly for approval, and they kept me informed throughout the whole process. Production and delivery were both fast, and the quality is great.

The tissue paper looks absolutely wonderful! I cannot wait to use it! The only snags in the process were getting responses to questions I had (I had to keep following up after days between emails), and I’d have loved a list of the Pantone colors noissue uses. It would have been easier than emailing back and forth trying to find the closest option to my brand’s colors. All that said, definitely will be ordering from noissue again!

The team went above and beyond during the proof process. They noticed that my file had some issues, so they converted it from PNG to vector to ensure a very small gap was maintained. They did this proactively without me asking, and I really appreciate that! The pricing was also very good compared to other vendors!

This company had a 2 week turn around on their website - then when I placed the order they told me it would take a month. Then they have not responded back to my questions for clarification for the timing change. I am working with a client that needs a quick turnaround. This is frustrating.
