Second time placing an order and was very pleased as the first. There was a strong smell on the packing, but think that’s just from the ink that’s used. The finished product is superb either way.

I had uploaded a design that the experts knew wouldn’t come out well and they took the time to work with me to alter it and get it perfect at no additional charge. I will return to this company over and over now because of this. I can’t wait for the stamps. Highly recommend.

It was an amazing experience working noissue, we were so exited to receive the product but didn’t wanna get our hopes up since we’ve been let down by other brands before, BUT NOISSUE KILLED IT!!! After months of communication regarding metallic silver lettering, pantone 877c. They say they can fulfill that request although the digital proofs will not show metallic, but the product will. They send me product in grey'ish and tell me that they don't do metallic. I reminded them that is not what we discussed & I cannot use grey or white. I was immediately told it's too late & I approved the design & they would not respond to me. After posting my review the original person I spoke with did apologize and do their best to correct the situation. Serge, is great to work with. In the end not able to meet requirements but did offer a refund. If only all employees took a moment to listen to the customer and read through all communications before taking their money and leaving them with a product that is unsatisfactory. Serge, I appreciate the care you took with this situation. Losing stars because of the employee who did not care. Very stressful & confusing. Changing from one star to three.
