I can't thank Amber at Northgate Glasgow for all her help, my vehicle went down this week with a fuel leak and being a vehicle down was impacting my operation significantly as with the work we undertake, our vehicles require specific markings and with no such vehicles being available in branch, Amber was able to pull out all the stops and get a vehicle from another branch to keep us going - 5 star service!

Coventry depot was very accommodating…
Coventry depot was very accommodating on collection time as I explained I am working away in Lincoln. Staff were very helpful special mention for Dajinder, (Jin) who was extremely helpful polite courteous and sorted the slight problem out we had with the wording on my insurance policy in a very professional and kind manner. The whole experience from Karl setting up my account to driving my new van which is fantastic was a very pleasant transaction THANK YOU

I was left stranded for 10 hours
I was left stranded for 10 hours, no updates from the original person I spoke to and gave every detail too, until I decided to use a different phone to get through to a different department, the number I originally rang on was clearly being ignored so I was unable to get through to anybody for an update, I was in a dangerous spot and the times that somebody was coming kept moving, The actual Recovery guy (from Gloucester) and the guy working in the office (in Bristol) when I finally got there can not be faulted at all, They were great and did everything they could to get me on my way upon arriving, but the people Dealing with things up to that point were absolutely shocking. To be left stranded in that heat for 10 hours in the middle of nowhere in a dangerous position is not right on any level.
Absolutely shocking service.

Good evening.
So today have an incidents in my van. I drive to Crawley tp be told as its a public liability claim to fix it myself. So i go get some quotes then the insurance for wickes contacts me offering to repair and give me a loan vehicle fpr the duration of the repair ut they need consent from Nortgate. I speak to Paul at Crawley he refers to contact the account manager to get consent as required by the insurance but nothing has been received.. I have just about had enough of Northgate something that ahould be so easy becomes a nightmare to sort out. Just waiting for an email to yes do it.. Why of why do i bother.

Exceptional care and service from all
When having problems with my van the staff have been exceptional in handling the coordination and tailoring the needs of the customer(me). They are always friendly and always give constant updates with plan of works. I have never had an issue that hasn't been resolved.

I had a lovely experience dealing with the vehicle that needed repairs here. I was served by a gentleman called steve who showed incredible hospitality and really took care of what needed to be done! I even asked on progress and he went straight away and found out for me which showed the care he has for his customers. Definitely recommend this branch
