When I first used Northside years ago service was so poor that I left once our contract ended, 6 years later I'm back with them and boy what an improvement.
No matter what my issues are the team always come up with a solution, especially Serena, she really does look after you, she's like my unofficial account manager.
If only all my clients had a Serena :)

Got booked in very last minute thanks to Tayla, Understood we have very little downtime for our vehicles and went above and beyond for us:) Even speaking direct with the parts department who was also very helpful as always. Great set of people and always like to have a laugh.

Decals - Warranty defect.
Kane, the NTV representative dealing with this claim was excellent from start to finish. The same cannot be said for your Sub-contractor, Alton cars at Leeds. These were terrible to deal with.

Exceptional service
I've been here twice now and don't share the same negative views as others. I found Laura and Mark to be great and a real asset to this depot. Their communication was second to none, and ultimately they did what they said they were going to do - no messing about. No question was too small. They kept me informed along the way and looked after my needs and that of the van's. I would recommend them.
