Meine bestellte Ware ist zu groß ausgefallen. Umtauschen ging nicht da andere Größe nicht vorhanden. Bei 30 Euro Versandkosten bietet die Firma keine Retoure an. Vorsichtig mit den Etiketten sobald eines beschädigt ist bleibt der Kunde auch auf der Ware sitzen. Das war meine erste und letzte Bestellung

To clarify, we do not currently offer a direct exchange service. However, we do offer returns, with return shipping costs covered by the customer. This information is outlined on our Returns page and is also shown at checkout prior to purchase so that customers can make an informed decision.
With regard to damaged items, we would never expect a customer to keep an item that arrives faulty. In these cases, we kindly ask that our customer care team is contacted with details and images so we can investigate promptly. Where an item is confirmed as damaged, this often results in the return being covered by us, and we certainly would not leave a customer out of pocket for a genuine fault.
We’re truly sorry that this was your first experience with us and that it did not meet expectations. Should you wish to contact our customer care team directly, we would be more than happy to review the situation further and assist where possible.

Mauvaise expérience depuis la France
Mauvaise expérience depuis la France. Pas de numéro de téléphone joignable pour cette boutique. Une politique de livraison et de retour catastrophique ( frais de douanes faramineux à la livraison de 47€ en plus pour une commande de moins de 120€!! ) première fois que je paye autant de frais de douanes pour recevoir un colis du royaume uni. Des sites comme Revolve ou Deciem les prennent en charge eux!! Et pour effectuer un retour ( car les articles ne sont franchement pas de super qualité pour le coup) c’est la croix et la bannière, c’est aux frais du client pas d’étiquette de retour. et en plus hors zones euro c’est un vrai bazar pour renvoyer. À fuir !

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience ordering from France and that it caused you frustration.
Since the UK’s departure from the EU, orders shipped to Europe have been subject to import duties and taxes set by local customs authorities. These charges are determined by the destination country and, at the time of your order, were outside of our control. We do outline within our shipping policy that customs fees may apply, however we completely understand how disappointing and unexpected these additional costs can feel.
We would also like to mention that as of December, we have updated our shipping process and now include customs duties and taxes within the shipping fee for EU orders. This means customers should no longer receive additional charges upon delivery. We made this change specifically to improve the experience for our European customers.
Regarding returns, we are currently unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders, and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. This is clearly stated at checkout and on our returns page. We appreciate that returning items from outside the UK can be more complex, and we are continuously reviewing our processes to improve this.

Vergognatevi della risposta che date perché non sono stata avvisata da voi ma dalla DHL che dovevo pagare 111,00 euro per svincolare il pacco alla dogana (un pacco che ho pagato 246,00 euro) voi avete risposto dopo la mia richiesta di spiegazioni dicendo che si paga la dogana 20,00 o 30,00 euro non 111,86 euro che è quasi la metà del prezzo del mio ordine.Dovete avvisare le persone prima che paghino l’ordine ma comunque per me siete un sito inaffidabile .

We’re very sorry to hear how frustrating this situation has been for you. We completely understand how concerning it must have felt to be asked to pay €111 in customs charges on top of your €246 order in order to receive your parcel.
Customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country’s customs authorities and are calculated based on factors such as the declared value of the goods, shipping costs, and local VAT rates. These fees are not determined or collected by us, and we do not receive any portion of them.
At the time of your order, our shipping policy did state that international customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon delivery. However, we appreciate that the amount requested in your case was significantly higher than expected, and we are truly sorry for the distress this caused.
In response to situations like this, we updated our EU shipping process in December, and duties and taxes are now included within the shipping fee for EU orders. This means customers should no longer face additional customs charges upon delivery.

Ordered an outfit and was sent the wrong one by mistake. I contacted noughts and kisses via their online chat function and within minutes it was resolved. I was sent a free shipping label and a code for free next day delivery to ensure the items I wanted were delivered to me urgently. I have received the items and they are beautiful! Poor quality for price point
Regarding Valencia Dress ( more poor quality shapeless top)
Ordered and tried to cancel same day as given heads up on disparity between quality and price point
Advised this was not possible which was fair enough and to follow returns process on NDD arrival
Opened to follow this process on arrival.
Intention to cancel confirmed by appearance of creased up sack with unfathomable straps.
A poor relation to similar budget buys from New Look and even Shein.
As I was abroad from early hours next day I returned at 8 pound personal cost to meet timescales.
Whist holidaying I was emailed to say rejected due to condition… I hadnt tried as always my expressed intention via e mail trail to company to return.
Was interrupted on holiday with lip service platitudes and no resolution… they said I should have took photos ( probably right but down list with flight to catch.)
They highlighted make up on an untried item and waxed lyrical regarding alleged quality checks.
In the end I let it go as it was a revolving door of no resolution apologies and intrusive on holiday.
Consequently I’m left with a v expensive duster
Lesson learned
Had purchased a couple of winter items which were pricey for what they were but not obvious atrocious quality like this
Never again, an expensive 80 plus error with postage

While we always aim to accommodate cancellation requests where possible, this cannot always be guaranteed once an order is in progress.
We appreciate that you attempted to return the item promptly, especially with travel plans approaching, and we regret that the product did not meet your expectations. Our returns policy requires that items be returned in an unworn, resaleable condition. In this case, the returned item showed signs of wear, specifically makeup marks, and without prior correspondence or photographic evidence to support otherwise, we were unable to approve the refund.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been—particularly while you were away—and we’re sorry the process added further inconvenience during your holiday. Please rest assured that your comments have been shared with both our customer service and quality control teams, as we’re always looking to improve our service and product standards.

I bought the Alvaro dress and it's amazing. The fabric is great, it's true to size, not too long so would be amazing for petite ladies as well and it came super fast, basically the next day! My sun glasses are great too, love them!!

Overall was very disappointed in my purchase, for the amount I paid for a blazer and trousers which were absolutely beautiful yet awful quality, the trousers have had to be binned due to ripping while attending the racers, due to material they weren’t reparable… so disappointed, what a waste of money!
First time purchasing from here, seen the brand advertised frequently & tried something new for a change and have had to bin half the outfit and won’t wear the blazer without the trousers as it matched and haven’t saw any other trousers like them on the market… won’t be in a rush to spend that much money again

Sent an item back that a button had fell off and they exchanged and sent back the next day on next day delivery. Ella was particularly helpful, excellent customer service, which makes a change from other clothing companies of recent who don't seem to have any customer service experience. Also, my outfit it to die for!! Don't usually post reviews but felt Noughts + Kisses deserved the appreciation.

POOR customer service
Ordered some gold earrings in November 2024. Recently went to wear them and they broke apart - no force whatsoever. Reported to the company to ask for a replacement and was advised no as too much time had passed after buying them. Won’t be using them again. Awful customer service. Didn’t even receive an apology.
