I ordered a mini skirt for £45 and I would not recommend this company for anything.

I ordered a large as the website says it would fit a size 12. The sizing was wrong, the skirt didn’t fit and the quality was poor so I had to return it. Return shipping isn’t free so I paid for this myself.

Upon receipt of the return the company issued me a refund for the skirt only and not the standard shipping cost I paid to have the item shipped to me.

Many people in the UK don’t know their rights as a consumer and I recommend you familiarise yourself with the consumer rights acts 2015 as many small/medium business do not follow the laws outlined in this act and Noughts & Kisses is one of them.

When you purchase an item online and pay for standard shipping if you return the whole order the retailer must refund you the standard shipping costs. When I highlighted this to their customer service team they tried to say it’s not their company policy as if their policies supersede the law. I had to email them multiple times and send a screenshot of the law before they would refund me the shipping costs. They made it clear they have no intention of rectifying this for future reference because the customer service agent said “on this occasion we will refund your shipping cost.” When they should be apologising and confirming that they need to understand the laws they must follow as an online retailer.

Another issue with their policy is the return period. So many people on here never received refunds because their policy states returned items must be received by them in 14 days. The consumer rights act says when you purchase something online unless it’s custom you have 14 days cooling off period to notify the retailer of your intention to return and then you have another 14 days from the time you’ve notified them to return it.

I plan to notify trading standards and suggest you do the same if this company is being difficult about giving you your money back. It was only £3.90 but can you imagine how many others they’re wrongfully doing this to and keeping money they shouldn’t.

Purchased a skirt from Noughts and Kisses.

Item is faulty - loose stitching around the entire skirt. To be told by Customer Service they would not issue a refund due to not being able to determine the fault.

I didn’t purchase a skirt to have one use out of due to the poor quality of there items. There only answer is ‘ If this comes back to us it will be returned back to you.’

Business clearly seems to think they can sell items of such poor quality and refuse return …

I really wanted to support a small business, but the clothing is really poor quality for the price they are charging. Each lounge set I bought was £60, (I've bought from other brands at this price and you can tell the stitching and material are going to be long-lasting), these lounge sets from noughts and kisses literally looked like they'd been drop shipped straight from a cheap factory. The sizing was uneven, the length was short, the stitching looked really poor. I knew these items weren't worth the money I paid for them and returned. Also the returns are super expensive if you want to ensure they get back to them within 14days. I would avoid buying from noughts and kisses if you're looking for mid range luxury. There's many other brands who offer excellent quality clothing at the same price.

Ordered a dress 2nd oct (2 weeks tomorrow) and have still not
Received the dress . Needed the dress for tonight !

Noughts and kisses over the years and I have always found them to be brilliant quality, perfect fit and affordable. Orders always comes quick and each time I wear their clothes I always receive lots of compliments. I would without a doubt recommend their items to anyone! X

The skirt arrived in a few days after ordering and was beautifully packed.
I loved the skirt but it was too big so I had to send it back.
Unfortunately I had to pay to return the item.

This dress is beautiful, the workmanship in the stitching details is more than I expected. It looks as good to the human eye as how it’s advertised in the display. The fit was true to size in the body of the dress however I have long arms and the sleeves/wrist came up shorter than I would have liked. I returned it for this reason and ordered a size up that I’m sure will give me the wrist length I need. 10/10!

I received my order in a timely manner, it was nicely packaged and the dress fitted like a glove.

Wanted to return top that didn't fit = as requested sent message to authorise return but got no response which should have been 48 hours ??? Am leaving the country today so too late. Appalling why they need to authorise you to send something back - buy with caution.
