I haven't bought anything but my daughter did she gone to her bank and raised a dispute, so it's in there hands

Shocking company my order Never arrived
Ordered in May, still no item. Messaged several times and getting absolutely no response. Fuming ain’t the word no phone number to contact them just there so say 24/7 service that is alway unavailable !!!

I spent £60 about 1-2 months ago and I have had nothing delivered but yet I have had confirmation emails!! I will be sorting this out and this website needs to be gone!

i spent £30 on a nail kit after everyone gave good reviews on facebook. only to not get my parcel. all i got was a confirmation email. the customer service girl is called hannah summer. she should be ashamed.

Of could rate no stars, I would.
Been one of many that have bought items that will never arrive.
No response to emails, no items. 13 quid gone forever..... Will be getting the authorities involved about these.

Another innocent person here who ordered at the beginning of June and have relentlessly tried to contact them to no avail! Absolutely outrageous!! If I could take it further I would!!!!

Ordered on the 31st May. Shipment never arrived. I’ve tried contacting them by email and via live chat...nothing....they are not available. They do claim they have a 24/7 service. Very disappointed, I try to get back my money from the bank. Please don’t order , their 5 star reviews on the site are not real.

Like everyone else, I have ordered and received nothing. Charging back from my bank. This company is a scam and wished I had read the reviews.

SCAM! do not buy from this company, wish I’d read the reviews before hand, item never sent and no reply from several emails.

Taking people’s money and not delivering services. And we all fell for it because we trusted you.... I found you on snap with other competitors. And I chose you because of your face steamer and the other company don’t do the face steamer. I can’t believe you ain’t never going to deliver my face steamer gutted.... was it ever your intention to not send products or did it get a little out of hand for you to handle and you couldn’t keep up with your services.

I ordered from this website 3 months ago. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to deliver it. Unfortunately that’s not the case. Waiting for 3 months is outrageous. They should be ashamed of themselves. Especially in these bad times. Honestly if you are thinking on buying one. I would rather you save your pennies.
