I have emailed them constantly and messaged them on the chat, the chat doesn’t work and they never reply to emails! I ordered last month on the 4th, the reviews on the shop are fake!! I still haven’t received my order

my daughter ordered an item thinking the site was legit. 21st May she spent 19.99 on a product and we still have no received it. We have sent messages and emails and still no response from them. Had an email to say its been dispatched but looking at all these reviews its what they do to everyone. Up to 50 days for delivery is a load of crap. Awful Awful company!!!!!!!!

I’m so frustrated with myself, I normally read reviews first but didn’t in this case. I’ve ordered stuff over a month ago, still haven’t received anything, currently chasing my bank to get my money back. Online chat never available, sent numerous of emails heard nothing. They are SCAMMERS, they just lure you with their good deals and fake 5/5 reviews on their website in order to get your money.

I so wish I read the reviews, so cross with myself as I normally investigate every company before I buy. 🤬🤬🤬 why are they still allowed to get away with it

Ordered on 16th June and shock, no order arrived, my emails unanswered and live chat always unavailable. Avoid.

Wish I had found these reviews before I ordered from Novaskin. They took £14.99 from my account on 30th May 2020, received shipment email on 8th June but surprise surprise I haven't received my item. Sent numerous emails to them with no response. No contact number for them, so will have to try and claim back money via my bank. AVOID!!

Seems this company is false.....no products arrived, ordered on 31st May, no communication beyond a standard thanks for your order email confirmation.
Disgusting, will report to Trading Standards and ask bank for refund of £26....fingers crossed.....save hassle and money and buy somewhere else!

Same as all other reviews ordered off this website, no confirmation email. Do not reply to their emails and noone available to speak to!! Currently on hold to my bank!

When I ordered I looked to see reviews and there wasn't any i ordered 41£ of stuff on the 30th May like everyone else I received an email on the 16th June. I have emailed and emailed and not heard anything back. Totally disappointed! Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Avoid at all cost!! This company needs to be reported to rogue traders. They are taking people’s money and not delivering the products. I ordered a product many many weeks ago and still have not received this! They are messaging saying it has been shipped and not replying to anyone’s messages. This is a scam company! Be very careFul everybody! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT purchase any items from this website 🤬 No telephone number to access them on. Products look appealing on the website but do not be fooled By this and purchase and allow payment to go from your account...

If I could give zero 🌟 I would. Item not received, I ordered way back in May. Waited patiently thinking it’s slow because of Covid. Reached out to them numerous times and guess what they never reply. They are a total rip off!
I’m calling my bank tomorrow to do a charge back. In the meantime I want to mane everyone aware that you should buy from this company.

I’ve sent multiple emails and not had any reply, looking at my bank I see money went to a ‘Fallon Designs’ - this is how I realised they just take your money !!

Absolutely disgusting this is.. avoid at all cost!! Scammers they take your money and don't bother emailing you to say your order has been dispatched at all. Waited and waited now, calling the bank tomorrow to get a refund

Wish I hadn't been so stupid. I never normally buy if I can't use PayPal but they seemed legit. No chance of getting my money back or my item. I can't believe they are still operating.

Just wrote a review on there website, it says Thank you for submitting your review! Your review will be published as soon as it is approved by the shop admin. Let’s see if they accept it I highly doubt it. Scammers

UPDATE: what a surprise none of the reviews I put on there website Went on.
UPDATE 2 I have have just looked at their website again and at the bottom of the page it says powered by shoplify, I have been in touch with them and they are now going to investigate the website, I will keep you informed if I get any updates from that. I have also reported to action fraud.

Does not deserve to be rated 1 star. I am very disappointed, I was really looking forward to my parcel. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a vacuum pore cleaner on the 14/06/2020. After reading shipping may vary from 8 -14 business days I paitenly waited and still did not receive a dispatch email. I sent numerous emails asking for updates on my parcel and I did not get a reply back. I messaged them via the live chat but it says 'currently unavailable'. For a company to claim that they have 'support 24/7' this is false. They do not support you at all, instead they are a theiving scum of a website. Do not order from this website. They will leave your pockets empty.

Scam. Same as everyone else, you order something and then get sent a dispatch email a few weeks later then it will never arrive. Then poof... money gone

Ordered on May 12th and still nothing. Have emailed and tried to use online chat but to no avail, for a company to claim that they have 'support 24/7' judging by the reviews you don't support your customers at all!
Looks like I'll be claiming a refund through my bank, you probably made that easier on me considering I have proof you haven't responded to any correspondence.
I'll let you have 1 star for that.

Like everyone else reviewing, I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Ordered a vacuum pore cleaner on the 27/05/2020. On the 16/06/2020 I had an email saying they had dispatched my order. I have received nothing, and none of my emails are being replied to. I feel sick to my stomach knowing I’ve been scammed out of £20.00. Please avoid this website.
