I also wish that I’d taken the time to check the reviews as I would never have ordered from them! I ordered some magnetic eyelashes, they sent me a confirmation text and also another to say the item had been shipped. I’ve sent lots of emails asking where my parcel is or to get a refund and no response! Also they don’t have a contact phone number anywhere to be seen. Absolute scammers, I hope they get sued for this and that everyone who put their money into the products this company claims to make can have it returned, because I’m not happy wasting £15 on NOTHING.

I placed an order May 31 and have still not received anything up until today, a month later. No tracking info, no replies to my emails nothing. I did think the "up to 45 days" delivery was a bit strange but put that down to Cov19. Nope, its just a massive SCAM. The website looks very legit and you would never suspect anything but they have no contact info, no social media, no virtual assistance which is the first giveaway.
I've just called my bank and they are now investigation the charge on my behalf.

So disappointed was really looking forward to my parcel. Have been told shipping we will delayed due to COVID but it’s been 43 days now. I have sent many emails and none have been replayed to. Was sent a shipping confirmation and it says a tracking number should be included but no tracking number was included. Over all extremely disappointed and wish I had looked at this first.

This is unacceptable they dont even deserve one star but you have to rate Don’t order from Nova skin.com it is a humongous scam and I am fuming this is not right and they need to be stopped I don’t even know what to say I’m speechless and my daughter spent £20 at the shop that she is hardly wet or for it just to be Taken away from her like that If think they’re gonna Get away with that they have Know thing coming you were going to get caught one day and I can’t wait for this to happen

Ordered 25th May still yet to receive my order! I got a message from them on 16th June saying it has been shipped, but still nothing! I have checked the delivery policy and it does say there could be a 50 day delay With Royal Mail due COVID so fingers crossed that is the case!

SCAM AVOID THIS COMPANY DO YOUR RESEARCH!! Placed an order on the 27th May got a notification of order and a ref number then on the 16th June got a message saying my order had been shipped but still haven't received anything iv sent an email on several occasions and not had a reply. Very disappointed shoukd of looked at reviews first before placing an order. Lesson learnt.

SCAM - Wish I had read reviews. My order has never arrived and there's no proper contact. They ignore emails and their online chat doesn't work. Avoid at all costs!

My product never arrived, the only way you can contact them is on their website and they don't reply. No phone number or social media. No confirmation email for my purchase. Had to put a claim in through my bank and get my money back. I won.

This is the worst website i have ever used . I ordered a nail kit on the 19th of may and have recieved no information about it afterwards . i have tried contacting them on so many occasions but no word and i would like my money back . It has been over a month

Ordered a polygel nail kit and lamp from this company on 1 June. Got order acknowledgement, said shipping was 8-15 business days. Got a shipped notification on day 15 but nothing has arrived. Absolute scam!

I ordered a poly gel kit on the 9th June, got an order confirmation after looking at the reviews on their site. By the reviews on there it looked fantastic. £41.24 for a nail set seemed legit & not Chinese rubbish. Ordered by Apple Pay, got a confirmation email. Then a few days later no despatch email so I checked the reviews & contacted my bank straight away, they said wait 15 working days. I thought I’d contact them again on Sunday, so they knew I still hadn’t received anything. Thankfully my bank managed to claim a charge back & I got refunded on Monday. Strangely I then received an email at 1.23am saying my items have been despatched- probably trying to get me to cancel the charge back..

Anyways, do not use this ‘company’. I rechecked the reviews on their website and every single one (on that product) were reviewed on the same day, just different names. I hope everyone else who’s used these get a full refund!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered magnetic eyelashes for my daughters birthday and they have not replied to my emails and no update on shipping this is a complete scam and I’m reporting to trading standards everyone else should do the same it takes two minutes. Terrible that people can do this taking advantage of people ordering online whilst they could not order in a store due to Covid 19. Avoid this company and make sure you let friends and family know not to order wish I’d read about them before giving them my money!

I'm so upset I didn't read the reviews beforehand, now I am another victim of this scam company. I've ordered a polygel nail kit on 3rd of June and still have not received it! They do not respond to any of my emails, I tried their chat tool online, and still no response. I will be calling my bank on Friday if it doesn't come until then. There are no emails regarding tracking or anything either, so I have no idea if the order was ever shipped. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS SCAM FAKE COMPANY!!!
