Have checked using 02 signal checker as they have advised. Signal is non existent… despite the signal checker showing 5G+ everywhere around where I live.
Don’t know how they measure
Signal coverage….. but it bears no resemblance to on the ground experience.
Outright misleading / lies from 02.
Have seen far better mobile networks at far lower prices elsewhere.
This is a very bad combination. Useless network, expensive contracts, and a don’t believe you attitude when you flag the issues
Avoid at any and all costs.
Describing 02 as Abysmal is being gracious.

I 100% recommend this store. Especially PK, after chasing customers for 2 weeks, he helped us with a solution in 20mins. He knows what he’s doing and so knowledgeable. I can’t stress this more. He is absolutely brilliant. If anyone from o2 is reading this please take care of pk he is a blessing to the company.

I had to come to a store with my elderly parent to reconnect my phone number and move it over to my new account. PK is hands down the best staff member in this store, navigating incredibly frustrating 02 policies that wouldn’t allow him to touch the sales computer, he persisted with our problem and finally after failing for weeks to get our problem solved, PK did everything we needed. PK deserves full credit and recognition.
