Delivery as promised.
Delivery was before Christmas as promised, even though there was an issue with material availability at the manufacturer. Sofa’s were installed and packing materials removed. The complete team did a wonderful job. Thank you.

Windemere solid oak oval table
The Windemere solid oak oval table is excellent quality and good value for money. Great service from point of purchase to delivery. Great communication throughout the transaction and arrived on time, very well packaged and delivered to the room of our choice. Would happily use Oak Furniture UK again.

Excellent proactive customer service
Had been looking for a particular sized dressing table and this company came up on search engine. I tried to purchase online but I hadn’t activated my card (my fault) so left it to sort another day. The next day I received a call from the company who had noticed that I had abandoned my shopping cart etc asking if there was anything they could do to help me. I ended up completing the purchase there and then. Very helpful and delivered it all within a short time frame. Very impressed and would def use again.
Less impressed by delivery company but that has been fed back separately and not the fault of Oak Furniture- although I would have liked the option to pay extra for delivery to be unwrapped, put in place and packaging removed.

Imressed with Staff Intervention.
Leah postpined the delivery of our furniture as we were away on holuday. On our return she had already processed our delivery for our availibility.
On delivery the sideboard had a handle and door hinges missing. David has been exemplary in that he has followed this up to achieve a positive outcome. We are very impressed with his diligence and sction to keep us informed of the action he has taken. We are extremely impressed with the quality of the furniture and the staff who represent the company. Thank you.

I recently bought a sofa and two chairs from this furniture maker, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The craftsmanship is outstanding—solid, beautifully finished, and clearly built to last. The sofa is incredibly comfortable, and the chairs are the perfect blend of style and support.
From the moment I placed my order, communication was excellent. David kept me updated throughout, and delivery was smooth and punctual. Everything arrived in perfect condition, carefully packaged and exactly as described.
It’s rare to find furniture that feels both unique and expertly made these days, but this maker has absolutely nailed it. I’ve already had several compliments from visitors!

Great table
Table (Coniston large) was great, customer service and delivery communication was good and assembly was well worth the extra cost. Didn't seem to be able to add assembly to an online order (above the delivery/removal of packaging option), so had to email and order it that way, but it was well worth the extra £75 as I would not have been able to assemble it as well or as quickly myself or flip it right way up. They should probably make this more obvious as an option.

Arrived when they stated carried cabinets in with no fuss at all put them in place and took away rubbish all in approximately 15 minutes.

I found the furniture I was interested in online but the business was located several hours away so, not easy to visit.
I contacted them directly and David was really helpful. He described the furniture in detail, answering all my questions.
He suggested we have the smallest item delivered to check quality before ordering the remaining items.
We went ahead on this basis and am pleased to say we were more than happy with the item, meaning the remaining items were ordered and received.
David honoured the free delivery even though the first item didn’t reach the money threshold.
Overall excellent service and very pleased with our new bedroom furniture.
