Oakleigh Watches Ltd Reviews

Great experience, Giles is helpful, not pushing, but genuinely helping guide the journey! Have bought multiple times. Really trust him!

Purchased a pre-owned Omega Seamaster 300 using the online service. I spoke to Giles in advance to get some more details on the watch, and delivery process.
The watch arrived on time, and was in perfect condition. It's a 5 year old watch, but you would think that it was brand new!
I am delighted with the watch, and the service from Giles.
I would highly recommend Oakleigh Watches, and I will certainly be looking to their stock first when I make my next purchase.

From the minute I got in contact with Giles he was really helpful. His response time was instant and provided a very quick but high quality service. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a Watch to get in contact with Oakleigh Watches.

Excellent and just the perfect interaction

Giles was so very knowledgeable and helpful - this was a gift from me to me … so I wanted the perfect watch - he found it and delivered

Thank you Giles

Won’t hesitate to recommend you !

Quality watches, excellent service, and fair prices! Thank you Giles!

Just received my Tag Monaco Gulf - having spoken to Giles first I felt happy to trust Oakleigh with this purchase - the watch was exactly as described, well packed and sent next working day. All in all very happy with my purchase and would happily buy from them again … many thanks! David

Had a perfect experience from start to finish. Communication from Giles and the team was quick and thorough, and every question I asked was met with a genuine understanding of horology. The price point was exactly what I was looking for, and the watch arrived the very next morning, beautifully presented. I can only recommend them!

I have known about Giles’ company for a long time. When I saw that he was offering an IWC Ingenieur AMG, I decided to buy the same watch (almost, not quite) as my Dad had originally done in Singapore in the 1960s. The whole process was remarkably simple. Giles’ communication was outstanding and he also provided another IWC storage box, and held on to the watch for me until I was next able to come across to the UK. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending Giles and his company to you, if you are looking for a reliable and very professional service. EF, Somerset, July 2026

Amazing experience buying this watch! Really helpful and friendly team. Watch came as described and in great condition. Had a bit of a mix up with the warranty card however you Giles couldn’t have gone out of his way to be more helpful. For me is not what goes wrong but how it’s managed when it does, fantastic customer service.

Highly recommend using Oakley’s service

Fantastic experience from start to finish one of the best watch specialists I have ever dealt with

The watch surpasses all my expectations and the start is many more purchases for sure

World class support and service great communication throughout the mature purchase

I've bought three watches from Giles over the years and always been pleased with the product and the service he offers. Oh, and always nice to chat about watch stuff when I call!
I would recommend and purchase from him again

The purchase of a timepiece is personal, usually an investment requiring time and money. Confidence in using the right supplier is key.
No one should be concerned about using Giles and Oakleigh, they are a great partner on this journey.
Thank you.

With a strong warranty an authenticated watch, alongside Giles long history as a watch specialist , buying from Oakleigh watches is very reassuring

Being a returning client, I can without hesitation thoroughly recommend Oakleigh.

No BS! Watches are all top quality - you dont ask the grade they are all immaculate.

I have bought watches from Giles over the past few years as well as selling them on consignment. He has always been extremely helpful and informative and his watches are always top quality and reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend Oakleigh Watches to anyone buying or selling a quality watch.

Having bought and sold watches with Giles, I can definitely say it has been a really pleasant seamless experience. The watches are absolutely perfect and are thoroughly checked and tested before you purchase. Which is peace of mind when buying a luxury timepiece. If you are looking for a nice watch I highly recommend you speak to Giles at Oakleigh watches first. He may well have the one you are looking for. First class watches - first class service. Cheers Giles. Jim Gates.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve bought and traded well into double figures of watches with Giles, and every single transaction has been seamless and genuinely enjoyable.

When you’re spending thousands on a watch, trust and authenticity are everything. Oakleigh Watches are 100% genuine, with each piece checked by Michlmayr Watchmakers, and they’re presented in condition as close to new as you could hope for.

Giles also happens to make a great coffee, which just adds to the experience.
