Amazing. First off I was happy to find a suit for my son in 13-14 years (a 5 piece) instead of having to go small or extra small mens (3 piece) for more than double the price in other places! Delivery only took days, the suit is excellent quality and looks amazing on my son so smart, the sizing is perfect he is 13 so 13-14 years was spot on. Really looking forward to seeing him look so smart on my wedding day!

I have purchased a lot from this company they are usually fantastic, i have never had an issue, but on my last order some sizes were running short, my own fault for ordering the size and not checking first. I phoned to do a return and the woman who i was met with didn’t have a clue what she was doing, giving me a lot of false information and i felt like i was telling her how to do her job, i did end up hanging up. I usually have a lot of good things to say about this company but the returns & concerns over the phone aren’t being met with professionalism.

I normally do not write reviews but I felt I had to purely based on their customer service and their price point. I ordered a compete 5-piece set suit for my son, unfortunately it did not fit, so I emailed occasion wear and they gave me options to exchange the item. I did that and they exchanged the suit for me. All the while keeping me updated throughout the process. The prices are within budget and I loved that they were very efficient regarding any queries. I believe I have found my go-to for formal wear for kids, because kids formal are very expensive and I feel they can only wear them once as they grow out if. Which can be quite expensive.

I received my order and I'm in love with the outfit.. it's beyond my expectations, totally loved it

The customer service team were really lovely and helped me sort out my order. I was unsure on sizing after reading some other reviews, but after contacting them they were really helpful in helping me get the size right for my son, he looked amazing in his suit for his prom!

Ordered an item with a free gift - which I selected. Didn't receive it. No note
added to the fact it was a system glitch. Contacted them to ask was it just not included? Got a response that didn't include an apology. Just awful customer service. I can see now why they only have 3.8 stars. I wish I'd ordered from the alternative website I saw. I only ordered from this one because of the free sunglasses.

Also, delivery was supposed to be 2-3 days and it took longer than this so be warned if you are ordering needing it for a specific time.

Basically, don't use them. There's lots of alternative sites out there with better customer service - as it couldn't get much worse than this one.

Management contacted me and have resolved my issue, kindly discounted my item and are sending the free item out to me. I cannot fault the management customer service at all.

The item I ordered initially was out of stock and I was given alot of options and help to find exactly what my son wanted for his prom. I can't fault them. Thank you for the help, the prompt replies and the prompt delivery.

A tweed suit was ordered for my grandson for a family wedding. The suit arrived promptly and I was thrilled by both the material and the tailoring of the suit. The stitching is excellent. The suit was excellent value, but I needed get the larger size. The return was easy and speedy and my refund processed quickly. I then re ordered the suit plus a second one for my other grandson (now knowing more about the sizing) Both suits are well made and well sewn and were, I believe, an absolute bargain. To hire children’s suits is expensive and there’s always the risk of damage, but at OccasionWear prices, there’s every reason to buy them. Have recommended to a friend since.

very very poor service.I had to make order twice..since my first order damaged.
but unfortunately they have sent me same damaged one as my second order..still I havent got refund as well..

no proper customer service..no one pick the phone..no apologizing ..since this is absolutely their ignorance.

Made a big order of 7 kids suits for 24 hour delivery which I paid extra for… item
Was dispatched with a Royal Mail tracking number, tracking number kept saying awaiting parcel… so I emailed the company to find out they didn’t even send with Royal Mail but instead another delivery service which I was given no tracking number for so I had missed the delivery as I couldn’t track it, it came at 7:30am when I had already left for work! I requested my delivery money back as now my suits were late as they gave me false tracking information, if I could of tracked the delivery I could of had somebody there to wait for it… my request Email for the refund was ignored! When the suits finally come all fit but 1.. so I returned it for a REFUND and labelled the suit as TO SMALL and that I wanted a REFUND.. several days later once they got the returned suit they sent me an email saying they got my requests to reorder and they will send a new suit out!! I never asked for another suit?! I asked for a refund.. tried to call No answer! Emailed back, No answer!! And if this suit gets sent out before somebody bothers to contact me back I will have to spend £5 to return it!! Absolute joke.. clearly run by people that can’t listen or understand a order/return!

Ordered for first time , good quality suit for the money. Got a 9 year 5 piece only thing was little tight so needed to go size up . Have returned it as the grey wasn't as dark as thought be . But refund process was fast and efficient. Was little worried as read couple of reviews but no issues at all

I am extremely disappointed in this website. First you can't get to reach them ever on their telephone. I purchased a 5 piece suit for my son on 04/12 which arrived on time but it was so unprofessionally sown that one of the sleeves was sown tied and therefore we couldn't wear or even size it as he cant get his hand through the sleeve. I returned it and they sent me an exchange. I then size the exchange on my son which unfortunately was too small. I reached out to them via Instagram and they asked me to return it for the right exchange. I did returned it same day I received the item. They got the item 3days after signed by the same person who received the first return I made. I reached out to them this time on email, after several trials via their instagram page only for them to tell me they have not seen or possibly the item is lost. It was signed for by the same person who received the first one. They claimed they dont have anyone by that name who works for them. Am in shock as its same name and signature. It's been over 1 weeks now they claim to be looking into it and will get back to me before last week ending 24/12 and I have not heard anything till date. I sent messages on Instagram and by email but nothing yet. Not receive either an exchange or my money back yet.

Exchanged suit for replacement keeping age 13 trousers and shirt, but swapping to age 14/15 waistcoat and jacket.
Excellent customer service and replacement received in 2 working days so still in plenty of time for Xmas party our son was attending 👍
