I provided every document they requested, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof that the funds came from selling my personal items on Vinted. Despite fully cooperating and waiting over a week, they suddenly terminated my account, citing their internal policies, without giving a meaningful explanation.
They are still holding my money and have not clearly explained how or when I will receive it. Instead, they only send generic responses saying the funds “may” be returned to the original source, even though that is not possible in my case.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I supplied all the requested evidence, yet they closed my account and left me without access to my own money.
I cannot recommend this company. If you value transparency and access to your funds, think twice before using Odola.
