We had the pleasure of traveling with Terry from Odynovo for 8 full days, and he truly made our trip special.

Terry is extremely friendly, warm, and full of positive energy. He was always attentive to our needs, making sure we were comfortable, enjoying the food, and having a great time. He also gave us complete flexibility with the itinerary.

We had a fantastic trip to Zhangjiajie and Tony Ma was our your guide. Tony was very professional. He took great care of all of us. He even brought us snacks, fruits and drinks along the way. He was very thoughtful. He tried to get us out of long queues when he could. He made suggestions to the itinerary when he noticed our kids and grandpa were tired. If he didn't know an answer, he would quickly look It up and share the response with us. He would spell out the itinerary at the beginning of every day and was flexible to our needs. For example, he stayed with our youngest daughter Ellie when she was not able to climb the steps, he took the escalators with her. He reminded us when to bring an umbrella in case of weather changes and to bring everything we needed for the day. I would highly recommend Tony. Thank you for an excellent tour.

We recently took a trip to Mexico City and Japan. We had the entire trip planned by Odynovo, and our trip planner was Nikki. We went off of their standard itinerary and made numerous changes months prior to our trip. Nikki was always very responsive and accommodating as Odynovo is able to customize 100% of the itinerary. Nikki was even able to make last minute changes at the beginning of our trip because we wanted to upgrade our accommodations. We had a private tour guide and van the entire trip and the cost was much less than I expected. Both of our tour guides and drivers were excellent. Overall, I would give them a 10 out of 10! Having a tour company book and take care of everything from A to Z made our vacation effortless, which I really appreciate. I will be calling Nikki at Odynovo for any and all destinations we travel to in the future. Cheers!

It was a rough start in the beginning. But, that was only because I didn't know what to expect. I never used a travel agent before and all the back and forth with him was making me nervous. Alex was very understanding and patient with me and answered all my questions. It might have started out rocky, but the end result was AMAZING. I will definitely use this company again. The hotels were great. The excursions were amazing. The staff was excellent. The whole trip was a dream. Thank you again Alex for a wonderful, amazing, memorable trip. Thank you.

We have just finished a 3 day trip to Zhangiagie as part of a 14 day tour of China. Our Guide Tracy was exceptional - very knowledgable, friendly, accommodating and made the trip fun especially for 3 teens. Her timing was impeccable and she introduced us to some private sightseeing spots. The driver was great too. We would definitely use Odynovo again.

I’ve booked 2 trips through Odynovo over the years — not just for myself, but for family and friends — and the trip planning has generally been solid. The guides average about an 8 out of 10, though the quality varies noticeably from one to the next: most are excellent, a few are just okay. My bigger issue is with responsiveness. My specialist, Nikki Xia, routinely takes a few days to reply, and I’ve had to call the emergency customer service line twice to request a different consultant (to be respectful to her time if she’s too busy) — both times they simply routed me back to the same person. On my current Greece trip, I only got a same-day response after emailing to follow up on a few days of silence. Now, they’re charging $300 just to produce an itinerary quote, which I can andd to my trip but this locks me into using them rather than giving me the freedom to shop around. Paying for a quote should come with stellar service and a response within a few hours; that hasn’t been my experience. They never charged for quotes in the past and the service was very good. If this is the new model, I won’t be booking with them again or sending referrals their way. Or if they haven’t charged you, maybe they just wanted to charge me because I’m a person of colour? Just wanted to warn other people, the quotes aren’t FREE.

We just finished our trip to Java and Bali with Odynovo. Mr. AnderZou was very helpful organizing a private customized tour for us.Since we were pure vegetarians we were worried about our food situation. Mr. Ander and the guides made sure that we get good food till the last day. Our tour went very smoothly and we all had good time relaxing and enjoying our sight seeing . The hotels, guides, ( Mr. Bin and Mr. Kariyanta)transportation everything was excellent. I would highly recommend this company and Mr Zou for anybody is interested vacationing in Indonesia.

My husband and I have recently returned from a trip to Croatia, Bosnia & Montenegro. I worked with Queenie Yang to put together the trip, she was outstanding, very helpful and patient as I changed things many times, I would highly recommend her for any travel needs and will certainly work with her again in the near future for our next adventure. I have travelled with Odynovo now for quite a few years going to India, Turkey, Israel & Jordan, I have always had an exceptional experience with their drivers and guides in each Country. We traveled throughout China for 2 weeks using Odynovo and they were great from start to finish! Eric was extremely responsive to all of my emails and worked with me to get a customized itinerary. We requested some personalized experiences to get to know the culture of China and he delivered with several private lessons - a calligraphy class in someone's house, a tai chi lesson in the park and a dumpling making session in someone's house. Once we got to China, everything was seamless from the guides and drivers to the hotels and train tickets that were arranged. All of the hotels were in good locations and had the bed configurations we requested. Each one of the guides was great! They all wanted to do as much as possible to make sure we had a good trip, even walking us to a restaurant for dinner and helping us order, making massage and facial appointments, etc. I highly recommend Odynovo and will use them again for wherever we travel next.

Excellent experience from planning and booking up to visiting, travelling and leaving China. We were a diverse age group, spending 12 days in Changsha, Zhangjiajie, Furong, Fenghuang and Tongren at a relaxed pace. Very easy communication with Eric during the booking process, and the guides Ricky (Changsha) and Rosy (Zhangjiajie area) were very nice, attentive and flexible. Rosy was very flexible to our needs and helped manage my young child so we could take photos/enjoy the place. Both guides went out of their way to help us with lost luggage (by airport) and a hospital problem. They spoke English very well and were always available. The cars were clean and spacious and drivers were mostly good too. I would gladly book with Odynovo again.

Experience from start to finish was great. I received prompt follow-up and my travel consultant Nikki was great. She was very efficient and helpful in planning our itinerary to China for a bucket list trip. All the guides were excellent and all of our transfers and transportation were smooth. It really was a no stress trip and I will definitely use Odynovo again for future trips.

Our land trip through Turkey (Ephesus, Cappadocia and Istanbul) was outstanding! The guides spoke very good English and were knowledgeable, the accommodations were great and the sites/experiences were excellent. I have travelled the world and this is journey was wonderful. Turkey is a bit expensive but very much worth it. Our tour agent, Reinself, was extremely responsive to our needs and the entire trip, including 2 domestic flights, went without a hitch. We used him for our Asia trip and it too was phenomenal.

We have just returned from a spectacular 22-day private tour of China arranged by Ander from Odynovo Tours, we are completely blown away, from start to finish, the entire itinerary was executed flawlessly.

We recently completed a wonderful 10-day tour of Beijing, Xi'an, Shanghai, and Hong Kong with Odynovo as part of a small group of nine travelers.
In Beijing, we visited the Forbidden City, the Hutong area, and Tiananmen Square on our first day. On the second day, we explored the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall and also visited the Olympic Bird's Nest and Water Cube. Our guide in Beijing, Mr. Randy Zhu, was friendly, knowledgeable, and highly experienced. He knew the city well and took us to restaurants that served delicious Peking duck. On our departure day, Randy accompanied us to the train station and provided clear instructions on boarding our train to Xi'an. We all loved Randy and appreciated his excellent service.
Upon arriving in Xi'an, our guide, Ms. Candy Zhang, greeted us at the train station and escorted us to our hotel, where she helped with check-in. The following day, we visited the Terracotta Warriors Museum in the morning and explored Muslim Street in the afternoon. Candy has decades of experience as a tour guide in Xi'an. She is warm, caring, and made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond by helping us book tickets for the famous Legend of the Camel Bell show. When it was time for us to leave Xi'an, Candy stayed with us at the airport until we passed through security. She was truly exceptional, and we all missed her after leaving.
In Shanghai, we visited Fuxing Park, Tianzifang, and the Bund waterfront, where we enjoyed taking photos of the impressive skyline. We also toured the beautiful Yu Garden and the Shanghai Museum. Our guide, Ms. Vivian Pan, was helpful. She and our bus driver even worked overtime to ensure we could attend the Shanghai Royal Banquet Dinner Show in the evening.
When we arrived in Hong Kong, we were welcomed by our guide, Mr. Martin Cheng. Martin is energetic, engaging, and clearly knows Hong Kong inside and out. He took us on the historic Peak Tram to Victoria Peak, guided us through the Mid-Levels Escalator area and Central Market, and introduced us to the local favorite dim sum restaurant, Luk On Kui in Sheung Wan. Martin also provided fascinating explanations about the history of the Hong Kong Correctional Services Museum. He and our bus driver were well-prepared and expertly navigated the busy streets of Hong Kong.
Overall, our trip to China was outstanding. We learned a great deal about Chinese culture, history, and modern life. We appreciate our travel agent Queenie Yang of Odynovo for arranging our hotels, guides, transportation, and transfers. Everything was organized professionally and executed smoothly. Her driver was reliable and punctual, contributing to a well-organized and enjoyable experience.

We had not heard of Odynovo Tours until I came across them on a google search. I made an enquiry for our South Korea trip and was so impressed with the service from initial enquiry from Ms Joan Qin, a consultant from Odynovo.
