Ordered products 9/9/2026; today is 10/16/2026 (see below); I have emailed multiple times with only AI assistant generic response. By the time I get the products, if ever, I will not use as they have likely been in heat/cold and the quality of the product has likely suffered. Would be nice if Ogee would have a human reach out. Very poor experience for such an expensive product that I paid for and have not received.

Extremely disappointed with OGEE and how they handled my order.

I placed an order specifically for their Lid Sculpt Liquid Eyeshadow. That was the ONLY product I wanted. I added a second item simply to qualify for free shipping.

Throughout the entire ordering and shipping process, the eyeshadow continued to show as part of my order. I was charged, received shipping updates, and had absolutely no reason to believe I wouldn’t be receiving it.

Yesterday, my package arrived with the secondary item and a free gift, but NOT the eyeshadow. Instead, I discovered they had refunded the one product I actually wanted.

What frustrates me most is the complete lack of communication. I was never given the opportunity to cancel my order or decide whether I even wanted the remaining products. Had I known the eyeshadow wasn’t coming, I would have canceled the entire purchase.

I understand products sell out and inventory issues happen. What I don’t understand is how a company can process and ship an order without giving the customer a choice when the primary product is no longer available.

Now I’m left with products I never wanted on their own, and the inconvenience of having to deal with a return.

A refund for the missing item doesn’t make this acceptable. Customer service is about more than just returning someone’s money. It’s about communication, transparency, and respecting the customer’s time and purchasing decisions.

This experience has completely turned me off from the brand. I no longer want any of it.

I ordered a gift on October 3. The delivery status is out for delivery. I doubt it will be delivered. No reply to emails sent. Customer service is terrible.

I placed an order with destination The Netherlands. On September the 30th I received an email that my order had been shipped. The tracking status hasn't changed since then. It says: Passport does not have the package yet. 5 days ago I sent an email about this to the Ogee customer service and immediately I received a reply from a bot. The email said a person would contact me soon. I'm still waiting. Even if I ever receive my order (which I highly doubt), I would never order here again. Worst customer support ever.

Has a very strong perfume scent to the foundation powder. Super weird for a foundation and cleaner company even if from a natural source.

Awful company, I placed an order and it's been lost at some point , it's remaining stuck and I don't have them items , I have been fobbed off and said we will send you a replacement but not a refund , but never even sent me a replacement, they keep sending the same borderline emails , oh so sorry , this has been delivered when it clearly hasn't , if it had why offer me a replacement, stole my money and I have no goods , I keep getting same again over And over as if they don't actually read and listen to your email, and then attach a tracking number which they can also see as not delivered but then claim it is ? Do not buy from here , scammers

I ordered 2 shadows. 1 nickel and 1 jasper. I received 2 nickels. I have gone back and forth with several messages explaining they sent me 2 nickels instead of 1 nickel and i jasper. They keep writing me that they scanned i 2 items and i ordered 2 items. I keep telling them that they sent me 2 of the same color instead of what i ordered. They don’t get it. They informed me that they were out of the second color i ordered. This explains why they sent me 2 of the same color because they were out of the color i ordered. Bad business. If you cant send the item the customer ordered don’t sent anything. Still trying to resolve!

Missing an item from my order. Reached out via email (only way to contact them) and was sent a canned AI assistant response asking me to check through the packaging as it could get overlooked. Order came in a small softside cardboard mailer. No shipping receipt, no purchase receipt and certainly nothing additional in the packaging that my item could get "lost."
Per the AI assistant via email, "someone" would be in touch. No one has been in touch and businesses really need to invest in humans for customer facing roles. The eyeshadow is ridiculously overpriced, terrible customer service follow up and no resolution. There are far more clean beauty brands to choose from with better products and service to their customers.

Amazing product

I love my foundation stick. This is the first time that I actually got matched to the correct color by any company that I've tried. The foundation goes on smoothly and blurs into my middle-aged skin. This is my favorite foundation now.

I emailed the company to let them know that the only product I received was the free lip gloss. Someone responded fairly quickly, however they have not resolved it. I was asked to check the packaging, which I did. They show the product as having been scanned at their facility. I have no explanation for why it wasn't in the package.However, at this point there hasn't been any further communication and I am out $135. Disappointing first time experience with this company.

Absolutely love this product, blends beautifully and my skin has never been so clear. Definitely lives up to the hype and is worth every cent.

I love their product and will order from them over and over again. Great quality ingredients that is perfect for my sensitive skin. Customer service is great!

Foundation smelled so bad can't even use it, so doesn't matter if good or not. The blush & contouring stick don't wear well & the highlight stick can barely be seen. There was so much hype I thought for sure would be good. Lesson learned. The more something is advertised anymore the worse the product. Won't purchase again.

Love the sculpted face sticks in Copper and Rose Quartz. Can't wait to try the new Crystal Content collection.

I love OGEE's beauty routines. Their products feel clean and they moisturize. This is vital for me. I have such dry skin. But their oil cleanser followed by a scrub and then jojoba oil is just perfect. I recommend it to all my friends.

I love the Ogee sculpted face sticks - beautiful, creamy and easy to blend. But has anyone else noticed the enormous price hike? It’s really putting me off buying again

Love there products. First time ever using a face wash that didn’t leave dry patches on my skin. I started with the discovery set and have been using ogee for almost a year.

I love OGEE. Stuff is awesome. Have never been disappointed! Awesome quality!
