Despite automated responses to emails etc; to answer within 48 hours, they never respond.
Watches sent with two different straps, neither of which, neither I or any of my family could make fit.
Asked if it could be returned, again no response.

I bought this watch but found the blood pressure monitor to be so inaccurate that I would consider it to be a totally misleading and useless section of the watch .
As per their conditions I requested a return and refund but customer services have not provided me with the necessary information despite several emails to them .
Instead I have now received the following message twice

DELIVERY DELAY UPDATE: We are currently experiencing a slight delay in fulfilling orders of Black OHO Pro smartwatches due to a stock issue. However, we are working flat out to get your order to your ASAP. It's estimated we'll be able to fulfill black watch orders on the 18-20th Sept 2022.
We are extremely sorry for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause. If you wish to change your order to silver or cancel your order for a full refund - please let our team know.

Please don't order from this company. I ordered a watch which was supposed to be delivered by Evri, I asked them to leave it in my enclosed porch and put a note on the door to this effect also on their 3rd attempt. They try 3 times and then the item is returned to the sender. I have emailed OHO numerous times asking for a refund, but never get a response from them, although their automated reply says someone will be in touch within 12-48 hours or sooner. To this day I've never heard from them and can't see I will get my refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Short story, I purchased a Smartwatch but it wasn't compatible with my mobile phone so wanted to return it. The customer service is horrendous.. i jumped through all their hoops before I set-up a dispure with PayPal. Eventually, Paypal took over the dispute but Oho still didn't respond and Paypal refunded my money. Thank you and well done PayPal.

After my last review I have at last had the refund. It has taken over two months and the customer service is really bad but I got there in the end.
Ordered smartwatch for husband…
Ordered smartwatch for husband Christmas. He opened it on Christmas day. Watch would not open. Contacted the company. Got reply stating they would contact me on how to return goods. They did and I have now had full refund from company. Very pleased with their customer service especially at this time of year when things are closed for holidays. Thank you OHO and Lina .
Nonexitent customer service
Nonexitent customer service. Have been trying to contact them since 26th November to return the watch and obtain a refund. all I get in reply is an email from Lina saying I will be contacted within 12-48 hours (usually faster!) and then saying that delivery can be fulfilled by 18th-20th September 2022. Do not order this watch. It must be a scam.
DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE A PACEMAKER
Having ordered a watch online 9 October, and then discovering that you can not use one if you have a pacemaker, NOT MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE, I emailed to cancel the order the same day. I got a generic response, 'you will hear from us in 24-48 hours'. I received the watch. I didn't even take it out of the box and emailed to make a return. There is not an easy way to make a return on line. You are forced to get in touch. The response was not quick. After several emails asking how to make a return, we heard from Lina. She wanted photos, proof that it was still in a new condition. I did this. I then got instructions how to return the watch. They clearly stated that postage would not be paid, despite my argument that I had cancelled the order before it was received. Disappointed, as this cost me an additional £9.30.
However, I did return the watch and today received my refund, 40 days after my initial request! At least I got a refund, no postage refund though.
If you have a pacemaker do not buy!
Do not expect responses in a hurry from the customer services, Lina!

No customer service at all, I went through paypal and they refused the claim stating "not eligible through paypal), I have emailed ZTE enterprises multiple times and heard nothing. Watch does NOT monitor blood pressure accurately, in fact even the time goes out of sync. Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish.
Beware don’t become another SUCKER
Bought this watch 27th July contacted them on 15 August saying it was not fit for purpose due to several problems asked for refund .Lina apologised and sent me a replacement ,which I found after a few days was no better to many problems to list all faults.Contacted Lina via customer service that this watch also was not fit for purpose and I would like a refund ,she messaged back to sanitize watch and send photos and then she would send details where to send at my expense for refund ,which I done on same day since then I’ve heard nothing even after sending another two emails requesting the returns address .This company are definitely running a scam selling off dodgy watches that they’ve bought cheap relying on gullible customer like me to purchase them Whoever reads this take note don’t be another sucker

I have been trying to contact OHO watches since 15th August. The watch I purchased stopped working after 2 weeks, I have made numerous attempts to contact the customer service with little response. I have never had such a poor service and wish I had read your reviews much earlier.

This company are a disgrace. I (wrongly) read the reviews after ordering the items and found that the reviews were very poor. Within 1 hour of the order I submitted a request to cancel and received an automated email stating someone would be in contact within 12 to 48 hours but in any case they had stock issues and would take over a month to complete the order. They also advised that it would be easy to cancel the order and I did so on their website. Again an automated email reply with the same message. Lo and behold, the watches we3re delivered to a neighbour today, taking only a week to arrive, despite their 'stock' issues. I went straight onto their website to cancel as there was no return address or label in the delivery. Guess what, their response was yet another automated email with the same information. I will be contacting my bank to request a return of my payment and no doubt they will respond a lot quicker if I get my money back. A TOTAL SCAM

Biggest load of rubbish I every brought would not pair with I phone report to customer service they send another one and still the same problem ask for full refund sent back as requested with photo and paper proof emailed a number of times and no response or refund only think this company is a total scam and no refunds give do not buy from these people?????

ONLY 30 DAYS WARRANTY
Watch face unreadable after 8 months (overnight). Support said warranty only 30 days. Could buy a new one and they would cover postage! What an offer !£80+ for a watch with a 30 day warranty. Very disappointed.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Do not waste your money on this watch, there are numerous faults with it, including failure to connect properly with a smart phone and dials, time and date constantly changing.

I bought this watch for my mum for Mother’s Day. After setting up, I paid $1.99 to change the face as my mum didn’t like any of the faces they were offering for free. Unfortunately , after 1 day it went back to the old face. We then realised it was loosing time every other day. After 8 days I decided to contact the seller to ask for a refund. They said I would have to pay for postage, which I did, sent photos before returning etc. 2 weeks later and still nothing, even though I have proof of delivery. I have now opened a dispute with PayPal and they are dealing with it. Sorry, do not recommend
