I bought 2 of these watches and the BP, ECG, HR SPo2 functions do not work on either one.
I followed the set up instructions to the letter, so know the fault doesn't lie with me but with the watches themselves.
I'm trying to secure a refund and send the items back on the basis that they have been mis-sold to me.

Lina is my contact person. I cannot say enough positive things about her fast response and right-on solutions to every question I have had. In a list of responses about her and the organization I would definitely check the option: "far exceeds expectations"
Bought 2 of these watches
Bought 2 of these watches. Hoping that the BP and HR monitor would be good enough to rely on. They are not anywhere close. The screens reactions are very slow and try to make adjustments seems to make no difference. Look elsewhere if you NEED to monitor BP and heart rate due to health conditions. These are really no more than a fancy watch. It has yet to notify me of any messages.

We are a military family and this company is scamming us! We bought 2 watches. They were shipped via usps in a simple plastic bag first of all. We proceeded to follow the instructions for the charging and use. Half way thru the charge we noticed that one of the watches the display on the face was only 2/3 of the screen. We notified OHOWatch via email with pictures stating the issue. We followed their instructions, let it complete charging to see if that fixes the issue, doubtful bit we did anyway, no help. Contacted them again and they said to perform a reset, we did and sent pictures again. It has been a week now with no further response, very dishonest company, SCAM SCAM SCAM. Presently having our credit card company go after them!

Can't charge until completely dead, and that is usually in the morning and I don't carry the charger with me everywhere I go. gets out of Sync on a daily basis. One of the worst pieces of crap I've bought in years and can't get any help from the company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Initially thought it was great but the accuracy is not there. My BP readings are off, it does not track steps appropriately, I will ride 15 miles on my bike and it does not track it. Watch says not enough data. I have emailed with customer service and they are very responsive but do not offer any solutions to the issues.
3 months then dead
As with others, my watch died after about 3 months. Support was very responsive, but in the end no help. The watch would not turn on. I was outside the 30 return period, but was offered a discount on a new watch. But the components are suspect so I will not put more money into this product. Maybe the 30 return warranty is indicative of the quality.

I had this watch just two months before it stopped working. Screen went dark and wouldn't power back up. E-mailed Customer service department and they told me how to manually power it back up. After doing that the screen tried to come back on, but it was very glitchy and wouldn't stay on. But like the rest of you wanting some kind of satisfaction they told me sorry it is past your 30 day warranty. They did offer me a 30% discount on another watch. I told them no that i was going to purchase another brand. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company.

Your assessment of their customer service is laughable at best! Watch initially binded but now, it will not! They only have email service and they never email me back! I guess the 30 day warranty is about right...worked for about 6 weeks! Very unhappy and pissed off!
Had nothing but problems with the watch
Had nothing but problems with watch. Froze up 30 minutes after setting up. Had to factory reset to get it to even work again but it never worked properly readings are all over the place I can't handle basic sweat messes up the sensor. Then I lost the screen it's on in the background but you can't see it but every once in awhile if it wants to work for a moment. Mine was a piece of junk and I got ripped off. They gave me a $50 refund and I took it because they said they're moving their entire stock out of Florida and taking it back to the United Kingdom. And then it would be harder to even get a refund so it was a kind of take it or take a chance of getting nothing is what they were telling me basically. Sorry people Miss is a bad bye

Lina has been so helpful as I've learned to use my OHO Pro smartwatch, especially downloading and emailing EKG reports to my doctor. I'm really impressed with the consistency of the various test results and their accuracy compared with those from my doctor's office.

Thank you so much. The chart you provided, is exactly what I was looking for. I'm not an apple user so not sure the apple health issue matters to me. I understand the data probably depends on heart data, exercise, sleep patterns, age, weight, etc.

I have two OhHO smart watches and and very satisfied with my purchases. They are not comparable yo the Apple watches and their extensive software base. However, if all you need are the practical apps that Apple Watch has snd can’t see paying exorbitant prices for functionality you will rarely need, I can unqualifiedly recommend the OHO.

I was looking for a simple smart watch online and came across OHO for seniors 😊 I knew I wasn’t going to spend $200-$400 or more because I just wanted it to count my steps and my blood oxygen ✅ What a pleasant surprise of the quality for the price I paid 😊 I love this watch and I even bought an extra watch band which I love, it looks super expensive and it wasn’t❣️ I’ve had people ask me where I got this watch and I highly recommend it❣️

Received watch yesterday. Shipping was a little slow but that couldn't be prevented.
As to the watch, It's great! Especially for the price.
I found it very easy to set up. Charge the battery, Download the app push a few buttons and your in business.
There's several abilities available on the watch. Some of which I have not enabled because I doubt that I'd use them but it's nice to know they're a able.
