About Encore. Given the high odds of NOT winning a big prize, you can be certain as soon as you buy the ticket that you're not going to win big if your Encore number has more than one of the same digit. Why? Because (unless OLG has changed the method recently), Encore is drawn by Ball Drop. Each ball can only drop once. So once you purchase your ticket and see your Encore has two of the same numbers, you know in advance that you're not going to win big, which takes away the fun.
About the website. When you do win, the "Check your results" page doesn't tell you which of your numbers won. You have to go back to the winning number page, write it down (including Encore), then go back to the "Check your results" page to see which of your numbers are a match.
I highly recommend OLG review the "Playhugelottos.com" website and see how simple it is. In one glance you can see the winning numbers right next to your numbers. Your winning numbers are highlighted in green and you know how much you won/lost. All the info you want in one place.
Overall, I dislike the OLG website. Too much information about every lottery game. Too much goes into trying to get people to look at/play other games. It looks packed and confused.
Sorry, but I honestly never check numbers on that site without becoming irritated. But, bottom line, I will not be wasting another $1 on Encore again. One second after purchase is too soon to know you won't be the big winner.

Isn't that what the casino is all about you're supposed to go and have fun and when you win you're supposed to express yourself that's what I thought it was doing I was by myself there's nobody with me.. So when all of these men are coming around me aggressively I am wondering what can I do what is gonna happen to me. I didn't want to fight because I didn't want to get thecrap beat out of me. So I left. They literally do not confirm your details to let you withdraw.. I’ve been waiting over a week. They want you to just gamble it all away and bank on you being addicted and not having the patience. Edit month later still nothing.

I have been online gambling for years and I allow myself a certain amount to play. For years it was just fun entertainment. I'd lose 20 bucks a month but every couple of months I'd win and cash out. From 100 bucks to up to 1500 bucks. Ontario stepped in and took over and I've never cashed out anything. Do not tell me that it isn't rigged. It absolutely is. You could win 20 bucks 40 or even 200 on a 20 cent bet. Now the games say HUGE win if you win 4 bucks. Ontario absolutely ruined online slots. Just a money grab.

OLG online casino is just legalized thieves. The games are so rigged. Sure you might win a little here and there, but then all of a sudden you will win pittance. It's like a switch was flipped and then all they do is take everything you have. No matter how many games you play. I have only ever won a very small fraction of what I have spent, and I've been playing since it started.

OLG online is used to "legally" collect money from Ontario citizens for the provincial government. The algorithms are very unrealistic, the games run like its designed to just take and never give. Played Blackjack just now, have been getting 21 on $1 bets but any bet above $2 is an automatic loss. Seems like Ontario is so BROKE they've resorted to these tactics.

By far the worst blackjack games out there. You will loose and give all your $ to OLG. During gameplay some examples are, I get blackjack, computer does, I get 20, dealer gets 21, I get 20 , dealer gets 20. I will not play OLG app again and will not recommend to my family or friends. I would really like to see the pay backs to the customers and how much OLG makes

For years we have put a Christmas pack of lottery tickets in our family's stocking. Last year we had trouble finding them. This year there were lots but the price has doubled to $20, making it way too expensive to buy for each family member's stocking. So we are not buying them. Too bad, your loss. If you have a lot left over. I suspect the price (50% increase) has something to do with it.

I almost feel sorry adding another 1-star review to this pile. I have tried 4 sites out in the last month, and this one was the worst for withdrawals, for support, for location errors...a really bad experience overall. They need to start paying people out as fast as they take the money in! And nobody helpful or friendly in their customer department IF you can get a real person at all. It is a ridiculous amount of time to verify your account and an additional amount of time to authorize your withdrawal, then an additional wait of 5 days to have it deposited.
