So I felt compelled to write this after reading all the negative reviews about not being able to withdraw your winnings on the app. So this has been my experience...It is a little frustrating when you first have to input all your banking info...I had an OLG rep guide me through a phone call. Once that is in place it is absolutely very easy. For example last week I won $500 and $780 . On two separate days. I requested to withdraw my winnings. I received the money in my account 2 days later each time. Hope that helps

It is abundantly clear that lines of numbers and Encore numbers are NOT RANDOM selections. For example, why do I get the following from a "quick pick" (I'll give you the first few numbers of each line, then you judge):

And I asked for two Encores:
868---9
834---9
NOTE: not only do both Encore numbers begin and end with the same digit, but ALSO the second Encore number has digits in positions two and three being half the value of the same digits in the first Encore number.
I have experienced similar so called "random" selections from the terminal on many occasions now and I'm watching.

It has been over 2 months and after contacting them many times same answer. They are experiencing high than normal volume and cannot provide a timeline to verify my account. Not a professional organization. Why offer a online casino if you cannot support customers.

Also good luck sending them an email. You get back a reply 'Mail box full". Really?

I can understand that they have an "influx" of new accounts because of the superbowl, but it's been close to 2 months I've been waiting for "account verification" without which you cannot make withdrawals.

The OLG online casino uses software that adjusts the games to take your money based on your habits. 100%. There are games I play these days, that I've played for a long time, that used to pay a little, but don't pay anything anymore. Not even the bet.

One game I built up huge over years of playing it. One night, I spent over a hundred dollars and many spins the game matched two of the three symbols for the bonus game many times in a row. It really looked like the game was going to go off. But, after doing this several times, the game went dead. Then nothing matched. No bonus games or symbols to build the prize, and no prizes whatsoever. I'm certain the machine was trying to pay the jackpot or something since it is well past ready. By it's behavior, I suspect human intervention silenced the alarm, and told it no jackpots today.

A while ago, a game payed me and the money didn't go into my total. This happened several times, and so begrudgingly I contacted the help desk.
The help system is designed to get rid of you as fast as possible, and to make the experience so bad, you won't bother the help desk anymore.
The help immediately opens a full screen window with no close[x], minimize[_], or back options, very small typing size with no zoom, and only a few options for complaints. If you can find an option in the list (I usually pick anything), they ask you to explain the problem, and then leave you waiting. When a tech(?) answers your help request, they ask you to explain the problem again. Then they ridicule you asking how do you know it didn't work etc. Often I was asked to log out and back in, what system am I using, yada yada..
I've been through this before, and they never solve anything. I don't think they can do anything. I'm certain they are not even part of the OLG. If you come back right away to tell them it failed again, they will not answer you.
At some point they tell you there is an investigation started, verify your email, and say they will contact you. They never do.
One time they said I had to go through the list of games played, and every spin date and time, and tell them which one failed, even though I told them it was the most recent one and by the data you could see the error. I did as they asked, and nothing became of it.
This is all to cause fatigue and confusion. Especially to those who aren't computer savvy. The only way to close the help window is ALT-F4. I bet most people close everything and have to log in again etc.
The end result they are trying to achieve, is for you to not bother with the help system.

They still say they can't verify I am in Ontario, but every other thing including google can see me!!!! They have never had a problem taking my money, only paying it out on the same card!!

Any system overseen by the beneficiaries of that system, will never be honest. They will never repair a system that pays them, since it is paying.
At the same time they give you the gambling helpline number, because it's your fault if you lose, they'll show you a commercial where a guy sneaks out of his house in the middle of the night, and wins in their casino while surrounded by fun, beautiful people. Nevermind the house he just left, and worse the people living there who will have to deal with his loses.

If I could give half a point that would be too much. I understand this is gambling. You might win and perhaps you might not. But with OLG you are guaranteed to see no win. Disgusting. This is like the government for you.... give very little but take a whole lot. Can not remember thd last time I say a decent payout. God forbid they give you a little... they will take it all back. There are other forums to play perhaps even win cause with OLG you will not win. Guaranteed the win will always be theirs. Truly, do not waste your time or your money.

No instant withdrawal speeds. Limit to one withdrawal and takes 5 days.

The OLG cartel took a bath on the Superbowl promotion and now are holding your money hostage hoping you just end up dumping your winnings back into their pockets and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it. DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY IF YOU DONT HAVE A VERIFIED BANK ACCOUNT!!!

Easy to put $ in and dam near impossible to get it out in a timely manner. It has been over 3 weeks to get bank account verified. If a real casino operated like this it would be destroyed in a matter of hours. Was told to go to Helen Waite for refund, could not find her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since Feb 12 I been trying to withdraw my money and it’s been saying my bank is still not verified , I called them n spoke with them I did online chatting and they all say the same thing they can’t help there backed up… it’s almost a month .. every site I bet on if u send them a email transfer they send you one right back when you win.. if you have to register your banking info you do it before you bet .. OLG makes you e-transfer them then they can’t verify your banking.. this is the worst betting site in the world they need to shut down this is ridiculous

This is a dangerous site. Can put 1000.00 and lucky if you get any back. Everytime i stopped playing and came back it paid the first few times then it eats 100.00 in 20 minutes. I played between 60 cents and 2.50. Horrible expeeience and not sure why olg.ca is not being monitored by third parties more. My advice is Do not use this site as it is very dangerous..i feel like i have been scammed

Anything run by the government is a scam , they dictate where the money won is going. That's why you see 649 lotto max winners all out of Toronto.
