I have contacted the customer on the same day and asked to get it swapped out as its a picking error and these things can happen
Poor quality
I had no problem with the products i bought except 2 the blue glass bowl and the chongz down stem. Both of which broke after only a couple days

Not the company's fault but the delivery guy put it on my gate so it fell off and coulda broke thankfully it was well packed so it didnt break fortunately but bong is very nice and as described

Received a broken product and the company have ignored me for two weeks.
Edit: After posting this review the company has made contact and has sent a replacement which was also broken in the exact same manner.
I believe this is likely a courier issue.

Sent wrong item, hard to contact but satisfactorily resolved.
Placed 1st order with Olivastu on Thursday for a glass Chongz bong. Paid £55. Received Chongz acrylic bong on Saturday worth about £20 max. It was difficult to contact the company and the only way I managed it was by leaving a negative review here on Trustpilot. They were very apologetic and helpful when I did get hold of them. They sent me the correct item and refunded my p&p for returning the incorrect one. I removed 1 star for sending out the wrong order and removed another for being hard to contact.
