I owed the IRS $95,000 after working with a dishonest, wholly unethical tax preparer. I was so depressed and didn't know what to do! I reached out to one particular person, who claimed they could help me. Unfortunately, I trusted the wrong person yet again. I paid them $1,200 to secure their help, and they told me they took care of everything. That was false. I continued to receive IRS notices in the mail and adverts from other companies that claimed they could help me. That person had not taken care of everything as promised despite taking my money. Still desperate yet hopeful, I contacted one of the companies that I saw advertised on TV. What a disaster! They took $300 from my checking account for six months but did absolutely nothing to help me. When I would call to inquire about my situation's status, they were incredibly nasty and uncooperative. They would not answer any of the questions I posed to them. Unfortunately, many businesses take advantage of older people and people desperate to resolve their tax issues—not Omni. I remember getting a call from one of the representatives at Omni Tax Help, Jace Bauer. He assured me that he could and would help me. I was hesitant after all I'd been through, but Jace had an authentic disposition about him. Omni was a Godsend. They were both professional and kind. Furthermore, they were reliable. Omni always kept me abreast of the status of my tax situation. Jace would regularly call me to let me know what was going on and what to expect going forward. His sincerity and compassion helped to lift my spirits during such a difficult time in my life. Jace is a tremendous asset to Omni. He is the best and exemplifies business excellence. We had been bombarded by companies via phone and mail that claimed they could resolve our tax situation. After finally giving Omni a few minutes to explain the process and what they could do to assist, I knew that I couldn't continue to deal with the IRS alone. They helped us with 2 issues and although the abatement wasn't what we had hoped for, they did exactly what they said they would do. I always had updates/communication with Crystal and/or Jennifer and they were tenacious when COVID unexpectedly delayed the process.
Overall, I would say that unless you are an expert in this area, you need guidance in uncharted waters when dealing with the IRS. Omni can help!

Patricia and her associates were very courteous and helpful and resolving my IRS payment situation. Under the current Covid Pandemic it was hard keeping communication on a timely basis. Having to give up their office and set up in their personal homes put a little strain on connecting via cell phone. Matt Rebholz and his team helped my mother during an awful time when she owed the IRS over $40,000. He gave her a terrific price and their team has worked diligently, getting it resolved. After the initial call, I was skeptical and wanted to speak to him myself because I look after my mother. He spoke with me for over an hour after work to accommodate all of my questions. Brett Tougas and his Staff at Omni Tax Help are PHENOMONAL!! The Customer Service they provide is above and beyond what I've experienced in a very long time. Especially, considering you are dealing with taxes. Not a very comfortable subject to discuss. I first started receiving calls and texts from Omni for about two years. During that same period I received all types of correspondence from other companies who claim to provide tax services. I decided to go with Omni because of the conversation I had with one of their Staff Members back in July 2018. He wasn't pushy at all. He simply answered my questions and said I could always call him back if I had additional questions. He just wanted me to be well-informed once I was ready to start the process. Since that initial interaction was SO POSITVE, I knew once I was ready I would utilize Omni's services. In early May 2020, I started receiving numerous texts from Brett about a new program the IRS had rolled out due to the pandemic. I was curious so I called and spoke with Brett Tougas. The first thing I noticed was his professionalism. Not to mention he was very patient with me. I had just lost my fiancee' and I wasn't 100%. However, I really wanted to know if Omni could help me. We talked about 1 hour and he answered all of my questions. He really made me feel comfortable doing business with him. He referred me to one of his Associates, Hope Wunner. She was very thorough as she explained to me what was needed to get the process going. I provided everything she requested by the first week of June 2020. All I can say is EVERYTHING WAS SETTLED WITH THE IRS IN 30 DAYS, COVERING FIVE (5) TAX YEARS!! I have a friend who went with another company months before I started to address outstanding tax issues with Omni and his situation still isn't resolved. Plus, he paid thousands of dollars more than I did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRETT TOUGAS AND OMNI TAX HELP!!! THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO!!
