Omni Tax is the third company I used to help me with my tax issues. The first took my money and did nothing. The second started off good, but then after years of no resolution I decided to hire Omni Tax. From day one Lila & Erin from Omni were proactive and on top of my case. They were informative and provided updates regularly. They were able to get me an affordable payment plan and some of my state penalties removed. Wish I would have hired them sooner!

There is probably not much more intimidating or that strikes fear in American workers than a letter from the IRS. Like many Americans, I received a letter from the IRS followed by actions that involved liens and loss of income from garnishment payroll actions directly from the IRS. In several instances, Federal tax liens were applied to my property and I was NEVER notified. I discovered this tax lien action only when I reached out for help from OMNI TAX HELP (OMNI). Later I was told by an IRS person that the notice of tax lien was delivered to my home address by the (highly undependable) US Mail system - and not by certified or any other "guaranteed" delivery service.

When I discovered that for several years the company and person I had always counted on to file my taxes had not done so, I was at the point of either jumping off a bridge or never being able to sleep again. This is a personal admission of how helpless I felt.

First, I didn't understand the tax processes in my own country - the United States. Secondly, I felt that I had no one to turn to for help. Sure, the IRS had a HELP line and, it is probably good, but ONLY IF you already know something about our tax processes in the US. Like most of us - I didn't know or understand anything about our tax system other than until I die, I owe something to the IRS.

I'm really not sure exactly how I connected with OMNI TAX HELP, but my wife indicated she spoke with a knowledgeable and friendly person from OMNI. That person indicated they offered a service to HELP with tax issues. I had spoken with several other tax assistance companies and always left the conversation(s) with a doubt.

Since that time, OMNI has helped me and really has given me the complete confidence that they are on my side and really help. Ms. Amanada at OMNI has provided a personal interface that gives me the assurance that OMNI will provide all the help that is possible to assist me in clearing my IRS tax issues and debt.

OMNI is professional, has several layers of review, and interfaces directly with the IRS on my behalf. The OMNI knowledge of the tax process is something that I could never learn or understand in all my years. I highly recommend OMNI TAX HELP as the most important service you could ever depend on in your tax-paying lifetime. For me, I can now sleep again and I encourage you to check their reference list of highly satisfied customers.

Ashley and her team at Omni went above and beyond for us! After paying another company thousands without any resolution, we tried working with the IRS ourselves. They show no mercy. Omni called us several times and my husband finally took the phone call. They were so kind, knowledgeable and upfront about their fees, we decided it was worth the gamble...not only did they come through so we didn’t lose everything, to our surprise, they didn’t stop and we received a second abatement!
We are so thankful to Omni, Ashley and her team for their willingness to help us honestly and professionally and we highly recommend them!

I hadn't filed my taxes in over 10 years. I was way behind, overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. Lila and her team were extremely helpful, understanding and very wonderful to work with. I would never have been able to deal with the IRS and state tax agency on my own. In the end I received an installment plan settlement that I can afford and have the taxman off my back! Initially the goal OMNI and I tried to achieve was to eliminate completely the money I owed the IRS. Because of some complicated issues we were not able to accomplish our initial goal but the good news is that OMNI was able to classify me as “un-collectible”. This was a life saver. I am free of the worry that was always renting space in the back of my head. So happy with how all turned out. Truly thanks to Lilla. She really cares and treated me as a person.
