I'll start by saying my tax issues didn't happen overnight and didn't go away overnight due to the complexity of my case. I remember my very first conversation with Carmine getting everything started. I was assigned a team that started on my case right away. It was a long road. Only people who have been in my position can understand the unbearable stress unresolved tax issues cause. Thank you? Thank you is not enough. Chrissy Jones and the rest of the team, like Mary etc. I will forever be grateful for all the work you did. I know I could not have done this without your help. I had a tax debt in excess of 100k in Federal and state taxes. Tax liens, garnishments etc. Update: I just received a letter in the mail last week. It was my Certificate of Release of Federal Tax Lien. My IRS tax debt is now completely resolved and the state taxes are all but done as well. Again it was a long road and a huge mountain to climb. These people have completely changed my life. Chrissy Jones, you are the best and I will be forever grateful for everything you and Omni have done for me. I could not have done this without you.

Stacy Gill has been wonderful in guiding us and teaching how us to deal with our tax issues. As a business person, I was too busy to take the time to make sure my federal tax payments were made in a timely manner. Each year I would get further and further behind until it began to snowball into an overwhelming mountain of back taxes with interest and penalties. I would reassure my wife that I could handle it on my own, but that was a huge mistake. It put an enormous amount of strain on our marriage.
On July 8, 2011 Stacy Gill and Tony Daugherty (her assistant at that time who was later promoted) got involved and began to help turn our lives around. Omni was very professional and compassionate to our situation. They saved us over $500,000 in federal income tax with settlement they were able to obtain for us.

I have to say that my experience with Omni, Stacy, Bianca and Pat was exceptional. I can say this with confidence as this was the 2nd "specialist" that I hired for this IRS issue. The other company was vague about what exactly they would handle and often said that certain issues were not covered under their contract. I found Stacy's team to be quite the opposite and very transparent. Going through such an experience like the IRS can leave one feeling quite lost and vulnerable. I was seemingly taken advantage of by the other "specialist" so I was very apprehensive even with the friend's reference. OMNI was exactly the right choice. I owed money to the IRS and after receiving a call from Omni I decided to go ahead and hire them to negotiate a payment plan with them.
The whole process took about 4 months to complete and a payment plan that I could work with was agreed upon.
Omni handled all the paperwork and the negotiation on my behalf. They did what they were supposed to do and I am satisfied with their services.

These kinds of issues dont go away over night however Stacy and her team were really great to work with. I admit I always hated answering their phone calls and emails but they were always friendly but direct with what they needed..
We had several times that family emergencies came up and they were understanding and always asked how the person was doing before asking for what they needed.
