Scam company!!!
No idea how these company exist.
Just ignore paying them.

One of the worst companies I have ever come across. No common sense and unable to make a sensible decision. When you park in a doctors surgery for 3 minutes to pick up a prescription and get £100 fine because you return within 3 hours to pick up the drugs. Staff are extremely unhelpful and it is very disappointing that there are still businesses like this trading in the UK.

Like your previous reviewer I was also issued with a parking fine at Llangrannog car park. I was unable to pay by cash as at the time the machine was not accepting cash. I tried unsuccessfully to download the app. I tried telephoning the number on the payment machine but couldn't get through. I was perilously close to going over the ten minutes grace this firm so generously give the public before issuing a fine, when a passer by took pity on me and paid my parking fee on their phone. Relief!. Imagine then my surprise when I received a parking charge through the post for exceeding my time by 12 minutes. I appealed to their better nature, explaining the circumstances, but this firm have no better nature. Their only aim is to make money by any just about legal means possible, so in spite of my being the holder of a blue badge, my appeal was rejected. The cavalier attitude of this firm has tarnished the memory of an otherwise enjoyable day and the Welsh Tourist Board needs to examine the working practices of this firm as the way they operate can only be detrimental to the tourist industry. I also suggest that this firm alters its logo to include a striped jumper and a mask.

You will need to go through the processes of appealing but I wouldn't get your hopes up. This is purely a money making venture for OPS so it's not in their interests to be reasonable. These companies really need looking into.

What an absolute joke of a company to make matters worse. There is no way to talk to an actual person so everybody has to pay the fine. This company is making thousands if not millions of pounds ripping off people at the machine. It is your responsibility as a car parking company to send the customer the parking charge when they leave the parking. Instead you’re taking payment for a pound and sending out a fine for £90. This is your problem not the customer. Such a shame you don’t have a person who sorts these problems out
This company should not even exist. If you join the Facebook group there is so many negative comments about this car park about people
Been ripped off because your machine does not give the final price. It should at least give a warning.

Nobody will come on here and say how fantastic a parking eye operator is, but truly this is a disgusting company, taking any opportunity to profiteer from honest people. We confidently appealed a fine and it was so blatantly obvious a mistake that a fine was issued, but in robotic fashion it was rejected. You speak to them and basically get a scripted response. And then you have the increased fine hanging over you if you don’t pay on time. All the while thinking “this is so so wrong, but my time to challenge this is worth more than a £60 fine”. So probably like most people sensing injustice, just pay it and move on. And the hawk company and it’s directors rub their hands together.

Only 4 letter words describe this company -I submitted an appeal and within 25 mins I received an email saying the appeal was rejected so not even read or considered

If only I could award minus 5 stars! These disgusting profiteers pay absolutely no attention to the circumstances surrounding those who have no option but to use a 'protected' space for only 6 minutes.
I was stung by a wasp and had no choice but to pull in somewhere, which turned out to be the forecourt of a (closed) vets. I was there (in an area I don't know) for 6 minutes whilst seeking some relief from the local shops.
Regrettably the vet has not the authority to cancel the charge (One Parking take all of the money from their fines) and my appeal was overturned for no reason other than that I had technically breached their conditions.
I would appeal to any company who uses or is considering using these cowboys to rethink.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY SCHEME TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA ON YOUR FIRST USE OF THEIR PARK.
First-time users should only use this company park IF there is no other option. They intend to make you pay more than just your parking fees the first time.
Everyone I know used the park had extra fee paid after their first use of the park; the comments here also emphasise this scheme.

Disgusting company, was made to pay £100 for a 8 minute stop. Didn't see the sign and boom got sent a final demand letter after a month. Appealed but nothing, disgusting company. If you work for them shame on you. Watch out for their terribly placed signs as they are out there to get you.

Charged multiple parking fines when we had a valid permit.

This company is operating with illegal practices.

As part of an appeal, and under the FOI Act 2002, amendments 2002 and 2010 and under sec38 if this Act, the exemption details which they don't fall into, this was their reply:

We are not obliged to provide you with the information requested regarding the servicing of the machine.

If you are unable to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Parking then you shouldn't remain parked on site.

Basically, Harry Green said "we are not obliged to provide"..... it's and Act, the same rules they are using to suppress me, but they can ignore.

I have a film of their broken machine, the FOI backs up that others were being find on the same day, and they won't supply my the information I requested under law.

BTW, their "notice" isn't a fine, its an intent to get money from you without a contract or prove of victim or loss under common law.

I'm the resident holder of a parking space which they mind. They have fined me several times for forgetting to display the permit. Appeals rarely work. Why would anyone hire these parasites?

This company deliberately sets out to scam you by buying car parks where there is limited wifi, machines that don't work and rules that are inflexible and designed to fine you!

They say to read the terms and conditions before you park...by the time you have done that you have been fined £100. They are a rip off and should have their operating license stripped from them.

They have been involved with several court cases and lost, why are they allowed to continue to trade?

My fine in LLangrannog was for taking too long to pay, it took me 14 minutes as the machine was not working so I went back to the car to get my phone, then it loaded the wrong reg. number from a previous car. I changed this and for less than an hour parking they wanted to charge me £3.35 when and hour was £1.75. When it came up £3.35 I thought it was wrong so I entered it again and the same price came up so I paid it.
I was parked there for 49 minutes plus my 14minutes which is 1 Hr 3mins total. My receipt said I had paid for 1hr 7 mins.
When I appealed it was rejected, they do not recognize the ombudsman resolution service and if you appeal to POPLA which is probably run to protect these racketeers, you lose your discount.

You have 10 minutes to pay is simply not long enough when their machines do not work and you have to download an app if you don't have it, especially where there is no signal.

Quite honestly DO NOT PARK WITH THESE PEOPLE, WALK< ITS CHEAPER. Their car parks are designed to rob you. I paid my £60 because as a pensioner, I don't need the stress of going to court but it angers me so much I had to write this review. The way they treat their customers is a disgrace.

If there was a governing body that controls these robbers, they should be reported. One star is 10 too many!!!

Abusive. Some regulatory body should check what this company is going. I have been issued a ticket fine for taking "too much" time to pay for my parking ticket while downloading the parking App. I have then checked reviews for the parking space in my area, it has 1 start. Many people impacted in the same way and complaining about poor standards. The parking lot is also full of rubbish and broken grass over the parking spaces.

Was livid when I received this unjust parking fine. Appealed and failed. Now trying to decide whether to take the next step and appeal to POPLA, or even small claims court.
All because it took 12 minutes to go from the car to the sign, discover I needed an app, go back to car and get phone, go back to sign, download app, fill in all details, discover couldn't use Paypal, go back to car, find debit card, put in details, and PAID FOR FIVE HOURS PARKING!!!
Would love to know if anyone has taken it further and won their case.

Poor Internet connection near Eastbourne. Took 15 mins to get connection for a bank transfer. Eventually got through and paid. Got posted a fine for £60 as went over the 10 min grace period. Appealled the charge as did pay bit too longer due to the area. Appeal was rejected. They're not a decent reasonable company. Wouldn't use them in the future.

The sign was against the flow of traffic so was behind me further down the road when I parked and was so small that if I'd walked into the lampost it was attached to I'd probably still not seen it....total scam!

Unfortunatly no possibility to give Zero Star. We been in Brighton for a short visit (tourists). Parked there and had no change. Download of app parking not possible at that Time in the app store. So we had to get change for the vending machine. Took us probably more than 10 min which lead according to oneparkingsolutions to a expiration of the grace time. Such kind of business practics to fine costumers, which are willing to pay the ticket and in our case have payed the parking fee, are at least criminal to my personal understanding. I am not a Brit and been there only for holidays, so that left a bitter taste of a in general friendly and nice country.

Extremely poor experience. It seems deliberate to me that there is no signage / name of the place so that they can catch you! I expetcted nothing more from them. Shame I can't give less than 1 star.
