Would give no stars, this is a scam site, there is no customer service, except Lip service.
I canceled an order on the day I ordered it, they won't cancel because the Manufacturer is already been notified of the order. I disputed the charge with my bank, they charged me again. Called twice, said I could return the product...for a refund of a gift card.
I suspect this operates as a consolidated call center with overseas manufacturers, of cheap goods at higher prices.
Will be disputing with the BBB.

Fullbeauty/Onestopplus rules. 1. They have a no cancelation policy. Once order is placed online or via phone, order is automatically placed in the "In Process" category so cancelations cannot be done. 2. You will ALWAYS be charged the $10.99 fee if you want refund to go back to original payment form AND you do not like size, color, style, etc. If item defective, then no fee back to original form of payment. 3. Terms and Conditions are made up per rep. They cannot and will not put anything in writing. Their policy.
These rules, as you can see, are made to steal the maximum amount of money from a customer. I have not found another company in the world with such restrictive policies. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

The worst clothing brand experience I've had in my 40 plus life. Paid cargo parcel and it got lost, paid air delivery got lost again, they kept giving me discount codes but they cant just deliver goods. Everyone avoid them, am suspecting the clothes on their website is fake. At least they retuned my money twice for failed delivery.
Placed order
Placed order, when I was paying it had my address and when I reviewed the confirmation email it had some random other address that I don't live at, was not on my profile, nor attached to my payment method and they refuse to refund me, claiming "the order was placed perfectly on the website" and that it was somehow my fault for not paying attention to the shipping address. It was my address??? The only one on my profile????

I have had nothing but problems with this company since I tried to order.
First they were forcing me to use a toxic cell phone to sign up with and I will not be bullied by these evil corps that force me or anyone else to use a toxic cell phone weapon.
I have a regular phone number like a normal Human being.
Then I called & they took my order. I had to call back so I pressed 1 for questions about an order and it said that they were closed and to call back and then hung up on me.
I had to call back again and press 2 for new orders. I got a Human. I called today because I got the email saying it was shipped, but when I clicked on the button for tracking, there was no tracking number. I called & pressed 1. Again the IVR tells me they are closed.
Called back again, pressed 2. Asked for a manager saying I had a complaint. The girls refused to let me speak to a manager unless I told her all of the issues. I am NOT going to do that and have to waste my time telling 2 people because I know that most of what I say will NOT be told to the manager or they will say something completely different, I will tell the manager.
I already told her it was a complaint. I finally hung up on her because she was refusing to let me speak to a manager.
I'll be posting my experiences all over the net which is what I told her I would do and clearly OneShopPlus doesn't care about customer service or their reputation.
Plus I see here that there's tons of people who have been scammed.
I recommend you file a BBB complaint.
Steer clear!
I have tried several times to return a dress via the website. It simply will not accept my reference number or give information. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. I feel completely let down by this firm, but do not have the energy to keep on pursuing this expensive mistake. I'm donating the dress to a charity shop.

I ordered a pair of teal slingbacks for my son's wedding, I take a UK 8 extra wide fit. I saw these when searching online for shoes the right size, colour and with a low heel, these were exactly what I wanted.
I ordered a US 10WW on the 18 September, knowing they may take some time to arrive as they were coming from the US. They were delivered 10 days later and are absolutely gorgeous and fit perfectly.
If I had seen the reviews on here first, I would never have ordered and would have missed out on these perfect shoes.
OneStopPlus Fulfillment FAIL!!!
I don't have an issue with the individual brands as much as I do with OneStopPlus itself - their order form platform told me one item would ship 4 months after the rest of the order. It didn't ship. And the company says they shipped that item with the original order. They didn't. Their customer service was useless and offered zero remedy or offer to make me whole. I will never buy these brands through OneStopPlus again.
30+ year customer .. NO more!
I've been shopping these brands for 30+ years and I'm done! The last 3 or 4 orders have had missing items, things I didn't order & we're packaged like trash. Had to wash & iron everything purchased & donating 7 items from the last 3 orders. There's shipping costs to return items & many on sale come back in email as non-refundable.
Shoppers Club problem
I have been a customer for over 20 years. I was a Shoppers Club Member which made it affordable. I recently tried to place an order but noticed my shipping did not reflect my SC discount. Sent 1st Email: questioning my membership. 1st Reply: Still a member of SC & there should be no problem. The next day I went to my cart & still no SC discount. Called Customer service & was told my I was no longer a member of SC & I would have to reapply. This was impossible because information on Shoppers Club website stated they were not accepting new members. 2nd Email: I informed them of all the above & the 2nd Reply: was an exact copy of their 1st reply. I sent them a 3rd Email recounting all of my steps & got NO reply. The next day called customer service again & was again was told I was not a member in SC and that I could not be reinstated. Customer service is not on the same page or even in the same book. Email tells you one thing & phone contact tells you the exact opposite.
I am done!! Their customer service needs a lot of help!!
Terrible customer service / high shipping costs
This company has terrible customer service. Good luck getting a human to answer and when you do they are in another country with NO customer service skills. Plus the quality of clothing has gotten very cheap. I bought an Avenue clearance fleece top at size 4x. The website said it would fit me perfectly. It will not button over my stomach. They charged me $12.50 plus $7.98 for shipping in a flimsy bag. I called to speak to customer service and asked that if I ordered a different top in a 5x could they please give me a free shipping code. NO. Ok then can you give me a 40% off code to offset the shipping cost. "No I can't do that, but you can exchange the top for another and get free shipping." I told her no I can't as this is a no return, final sale item. She didn't even know the company's policy. I told her "then you just lost a sale and customer, think about that. There are a lot of retail companies you are competing with. Remember that." I worked in catalog sales for years and we bent over backwards to help our customers. Apparently at One Stop Plus, the customer is always WRONG!! I am furious.

I am in Canada, and for over an hour, I have been trying to return a dress I ordered because it is WAY too small (the sizing chart is not accurate). After much difficulty trying to do this online, when I eventually called the company, I was told they "have no record of my purchase." (WHAT ???)
I will try to return this item via courier, but I strongly suspect that I've been had.

I have been ordering from them for over 20 years. However, in the last year or so it has gone down hill. The quality of clothes is terrible and the sizing all over the place. I ordered two identical shirts in the same size just in two different colors. One shirt was too big and the other too small. Tags said the same size. I decided to return them with "Happy Return". It was a disaster! I ended up paying almost the same amount to return them- ended up loosing money with no clothes to show for it. So I decided to pay my card off and close it out. To have to pay two months worth of finance fees on a zero balance. What a ripoff! They made so much money off of me and I have no shirts to show for it!

To be honest the one thing that is really souring me on this company are the increased charges for merchandise. I am getting to the point that I really like what I ordered but charging $25+ for shipping is ridiculous. I will only order now if I absolutely can't find it somewhere else. Really sad. I have been a customer for nearly 20 years ......no longer now.
HORRIBLE return experience
HORRIBLE return experience! To avoid the ACH charge against my refund amount, I selected the egift card. The return through Happy Returns was easy and quick, but the obtaining of my egift card from One Stop Plus is a nightmare! I hadn't received it so I called Happy returns who advised One Stop Plus had sent my $91 egift card to an email haven't had for 10+ years and no longer have access to. When I called One Stop Plus they told me to call back in 3 - 5 business days to get the egift card number and PIN, because they couldn't send me an egift card to the correct email. I have NO idea how they got the old email address, and because of THEIR idiocy, I have to (a) call them back; and (b) wait longer for the gift card. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM!

Order #3211. I live in the uk and purchased this sculpting top at a total of £53. This included approximately £15 delivery charge as being delivered from USA (understandable). However when the item arrived it was far too big and not as described. It is in no way sculpting and is essentially just an extremely overpriced vest.
On contacting customer services regarding a return, I was told I would have to pay to return the item via DHL to America, which would cost me £30 out of my refund money. I have tracked the order and it was received 6 days ago and I have heard nothing. I just contacted customer service to be told that out of my original £53 purchase, I will be receiving a total of £8 as a refund. Had I have known this, it would have more cost effective to keep the vest as toilet roll. Absolute scam and I will be taking this further.
Update. I received a call from a Supervisor saying the best she could do was offer me a 30% off voucher for

I have been shopping with this company for years. They are really going down hill. Recently I ordered 4 shirts all the same size. Two fit and the other two were strangely made and sized. All the same style shirts all the same sizes. I just waisted over an hour on the phone trying to work out an exchange. They want to charge me $10.99 to mail back their defective shirts. After paying around $17 just to have them shipped to me in the first place. Calling customer service was not helpful! I asked for a supervisor and was told there were none available. This company is really going down hill! I have had it with them!!

RIPOFFS!!!! I paid 108 dollars for 3 items of clothing. They did not fit. So i sent them back for a refund and only got 75 dollars back. That is such bs. And then they rave about all these deals that turn out not to be deals at all. By the time checkout comes. a 40 dollar shirt you got for 20 bucks is actually 45 bucks when you check out. Therefore there was never any deal. Liars. The shipping and handling is ridiculous. I think i'd rather shop eleswhere. If i could have, There would have been no stars.
