Excellent quality first class delivery and service

Extremely happy with my new units. Strong and sturdy good quality piece's of furniture. Easy to order, with quick delivery. The delivery guy's were very respectful and professional. Very friendly.

What a great find! We had seen these bookcases at double the price in a shop. I decided to have a look on line and found Only Oak. Really great price , great communication from the company.
The delivery was a great price for 2 men to room of choice and all packaging removed. They called when they were 20 mins away and were so respectful to our property and polite. Highly recommend Only Oak and they most certainly will be our first port of call for any future purchases.

Third party courier offered very few slots. Fortunately we are retired and therefore flexible. It would be a nightmare if we were still working.

The look of the book shelf is exactly what we wanted but the quality of build is poor, with some joints not being fully closed and another being packed out to make it fit. Unfortunately, these are on the front paneling

My order for a Harwell Oak Large Sideboard & Dresser was delivered towards end-March 2026, so first of all I congratulate OnlyOakFurniture for waiting four months before asking me to review. Often these requests are made within hours/days of delivery. I live in a first-floor flat and the delivery crew couldn't have been more helpful, putting the furniture exactly where I wanted, leaving me only to fit my choice of handles. The sideboard and dresser are beautifully made, with drawers and doors opening smoothly. The price was very reasonable for the quality. As my title explains, this furniture will be an antique of the future, which I will be happy to pass on.

The chest of drawers was delivered promptly, and the delivery team were very helpful. The item appears to be well made and sturdy; however, it arrived without the wooden handles advertised on the website.

I had to contact the company to request that the missing handles be sent to me, and I am now waiting for them to arrive. As I have not yet been given a delivery date, I do not know how quickly this will be resolved.

Overall, while I am pleased with the quality of the chest of drawers, the missing handles have made the experience disappointing.

Website was easy to navigate. Furniture quality is excellent I love them. They look very expensive and everyone admires them. They are very well made drawers and door work smoothly. Delivered on time by a very nice company.

Well made product at a reasonable price delivered on time unpacked to check no damage and packing removed before signing off this is quality most just take it to the door and leave.

Great company to deal with slight glitch with their supplier but this was sorted straight away.Delivered to the room we wanted it in unpacked and put in place.

The Nordic hi-fi cabinet will certainly add a touch of class to our living room. It was not that easy to find a suitable hi-fi cabinet for my hi-fi system and this one was a lovely choice and not the most expensive.

Such an amazing service from Only Oak furniture. We ordered some beautiful items and when they arrived they were even more amazing in real life. The delivery and service was second to none and the customer service were available at anytime.
