We have used ONP before and our experience with them then, made us return this time. Our initial contact, Scott Dickinson was superb, very responsive and professional. Unfortunately, Scott had to take unplanned leave but his replacement Jamie Straw was equally efficient and kept us up to date with developments. Even when we had a potential late issue surrounding a possible Bank Holiday on our scheduled completion date (because of the World Cup!), Jamie approached the situation in a calm manner and kept all parties informed. We found Jamie very personable and we are sure that this contributed to the process being completed with no issues. No hesitation whatsoever recommending these guys ;-)

ONP made the process of selling our property less stressful. They sent regular updates via text whenever progress or the next milestone was reached; and Jason Allen was extremely helpful, efficient and professional throughout.

Onp was recommended by a friend who told me the story of their sale process. I decided to choose them and never have any regrets or problems. They offer to clients a track app (for an extra fee, very decent price ), the conveyancer provides their direct working number ( to get direct in contact with the right person) and in case of holiday they have a contact number where everyone from onp can open the folder and provide information when is needed. The communication is a very important thing and the fact they answer the phone fast is a huge plus comparing with other solicitors. I changed my solicitor 3 times and they have been the third ones. Be careful when you choose the solicitor, most of them don’t know to to their job, don’t answer to the phone or email (I am talking about my first solicitor) BUT ONP are the best in my opinion. After my experience with them I definitely recommend them. Samantha was assigned to my case and did an amazing job.

-very good communication with the client
-explain everything what needs to be done
-checking documentation is a short time
- replying fast to the client and other solicitors
- give to clients really good advices
- support the clients ideas (when is a good one ) .

Highly recommended, buying a home can be a nightmare. Not with onp, the whole process was extremely well delivered, which saved me time and stress.

Nighat was great to deal with - very pleasant in all communication, and easy to get hold of via telephone for updates. She was professional and proactive in the conveyancing work.

We had another great experience using ONP, this time for the recent sale of our house. The app updating you at different stages was brilliant but more impressive was their quick response time to any queries raised by email or the same app. Highly recommend ONP.

Good service, good communication, and reasonably priced. The only improvement I would suggest is to keep the final charges in line with the original quoted price, as this is the price the client accepts when comparing providers. The price increased twice during the process — once when I was asked to pay the 10% deposit for the contract exchange, and again when I received the final account statement. In both cases the issue was discussed with ONP and resolved, however it should not happen, particularly at the final stage of the purchase.
All in all, I am happy with the service and will recommend and approach ONP for my next purchase or sale.
