I previously used ONP and came back again for my latest property purchase, and once again the service was excellent. It was a drawn-out rollercoaster of a transaction, but Liz Cassidy made it all manageable. She was always available to answer questions or chase the seller’s side, and I always received a response within 24 hours. Thanks Liz for getting my purchase over the line, I’ll definitely be back again for my next transaction!

I was first time buyer and would recommend them to everyone, they use App based process where you can see all the documents at one place, increases transparency and value for money services. The only reason not to give 5 star was that at times I felt it was difficult to contact my case solicitor even after booking appointment or for some urgent requirements as first time buyers have more queries than the ones who already know the process. Despite that I am very pleased that Romaan from ONP group completed the process successfully for me.

My experience with your law firm throughout the sale of my property was excellent. Despite my being in Italy during the entire process, I was assisted and advised in the best possible manner at every stage of the transaction.

Communication was clear throughout, and it was always easy to get in touch when needed. The app was also very user-friendly, which made tracking progress and completing tasks simple and convenient.

I carried out a lot of research before choosing the right lawyers for conveyancing, good communication was one of the principle actions I was seeking along with a lawyer who has in depth knowledge and Rebecca Timmins did just that, a professional, articulate, and thorough lawyer who we could not ask more of during our 17 week conveyancing on an old rural property in Cornwall. we highly recommend On point and Rebecca should you need their services

Considering the fact that everyone told me it'll be one of the most stressful purchases of my life, I can't say it was. Everything was dealt with in a very timely manner, the house purchase took only 2.5 months and everything was handled without me having to do almost anything(besides signing some documents). Our case handler Nighat Akhtar was very responsive, professional and friendly at all times. Highly recommend the service to anyone looking for a property solicitor.

I had a straight forward house sale with no onward chain. The process was simple and convenient using the mobile app. I would have given 5 stars however, on my completion date, the sale funds were not automatically credited to my bank account, and I had to wait until the next day to receive them, despite calling the office 3 times. I was told that because ‘it was a large some of money, it took longer to transfer’ (which is nonsense). This was really disappointing having to ‘wait’ for my funds to hit my bank the following day, after the new owner had ownership the day before!

I have been with OnPoint for the sale and a purchase of a property before and they have been consistently brilliant each time. This particular purchase took well over a year across two different properties and the process was still made simple and effective despite the challenges that were presented. Nancy's efforts in particular have been outstanding and her communication provided constant reassurance for us as purchasers. We appreciate the difficulty to find a good solicitor but the app coupled with brilliant staff at OnPoint made the whole process a positive one. Thanks again.

Communication. Paul is on the ball and the communication was endless no time was I not looked after. I had Mark Grundy to handle a conveyancing. Price was excellent and after an initial issue with trying to upload a couple of documents, everything ran on wheels. Mark kept me updated through the app and responded to queries quickly. 10/10 and I would definitely use again.
