Love the car disappointed on the wait.
Purchased a vehicle from HPL motors was very happy until I was told the car was ready my first payment was due on the 15th of the month buying the car when i arrived to pick up the vehicle it had 5 major body work marks and the bonnet and bumper was a complete sham they had a full respray and the body work was rectified.
My only issue with oodle is when speaking to the finance department they said they would not help me in any way I’ve only had the car 2 days and my first payment is due in 2 weeks plus I had to make another payment for my previous vehicle witch should of been traded in 2 weeks prior so this month has been very difficult indeed I think when something is not your fault there needs to be a better understanding for the customer and more help should be offered financially especially when it isn’t your fault .

Be careful
Be careful – you could end up paying for a car you can’t use
My experience with Oodle was extremely disappointing.
The car I financed became completely unusable.
This wasn’t a minor issue — the car could no longer be driven.
Despite this, the outcome was:
No help with repair
No change to the agreement
Full financial responsibility left with me
I am now paying thousands of pounds for a car I can no longer use or own.
When I raised the issue, the response was limited and the situation was simply classed as “wear and tear”, with no practical support offered.
The reality is:
If something goes wrong, you may be left paying for a car you can’t use
I would strongly recommend:
Thinking carefully before committing
Understanding the financial risk
Considering worst-case scenarios before signing
