I would not recommend Oodle based on my experience.
I financed a 2020 Ford Transit and collected it on 16 May 2026. Only three days later, a diagnostic report recorded serious issues including cylinder-related faults, injector faults and turbo underboost.
The vehicle later became undriveable and has remained unusable. Oodle arranged an independent inspection, which found excessive movement in the turbo shaft/bearing and contact between the compressor wheel and turbo housing.
Despite the early diagnostic findings and the later physical turbo problem, Oodle rejected my complaint, stating that there was insufficient evidence that the relevant fault was present or developing when the vehicle was supplied.
I was also very concerned about the overall cost of the finance. The cash price of the vehicle was £11,088, while the total amount payable over 60 months is £18,510.60, including £7,322.60 in interest.
I have spent months dealing with calls, emails, inspections and different parties while continuing to incur finance, insurance and alternative vehicle costs.
I am extremely disappointed with the way my complaint has been handled and with the overall experience.

Not had a great experience tbh
Not had a great experience tbh, went to pick new car up yesterday but due to the company missing some financial deadline by 20 mins, this didn’t happen. Was told car wouldn’t be available to pick up until Monday morning! I had to get a taxi home from the dealership to great expense to myself. I then had to call my insurance and extend the policy on my old car again at expense to myself. Not a great start and not a happy customer. Why should I be out of pocket due to some financial 20 min deadline - isn't money sent electronically these days......
