Bunch of plebs, Complete chancers that buy old debts that are not legally enforceable.

Companies like this buy debt portfolios that are packed with statute barred debts for pennies on the pound

For example I checked a Debt Portfolio site where they sell bundled debts to parasites like this, one of the files they were selling for £5000 had a debt value of £30,000,000. Meaning there were thousands upon thousands of old debts totalling £30 million that companies like this buy for £5000

Now you understand why they are so relentless and nasty ! Why they break the law and breach numerous guidelines set for the financial industry. Imagine if you can scare people into paying just 10% of all those debts that’s £3,000,000 made from £5000 just 5% bags them £1.500.000

If a debt is statute barred it is no longer legally enforceable, they cannot do a thing to get it, the only thing they can do is constantly chase you and hope they panic you into paying them

Laugh at them !

They have no power !

If you see a CCJ appear against your name simply contact the issuing court and tell them that the debt is not yours, you requested the company prove it was yours with A true signed original copy of the agreement showing a clear wet signature, The deeds of assignment showing all signatories NOT a notice of assignment and an up to date statement showing all payments made to the account within the last 6 years

The CCJ will be set aside and removed

Then make a formal complaint to the FCA / FSA / Financial Ombudsman about their conduct

Do not let these muppets worry you or cause you anxiety ! They have zero power ! They cannot do anything !

Never give them any personal data ! Never comply ! Block their phone numbers. Only communicate via email,

If they arrive at your property without a Court writ signed by a judge that day known as a WET SIGNATURE call the police and tell them you are being harassed

If they arrive with photocopied paperwork without a WET SIGNATURE call the police as they are committing fraud !

They cannot gain entry to your house, they cannot take any of your property without a court decision ! The court will contact you if this happens and you will get time to respond

Simply say what I have said above

Do not admit liability for any debt ever ! As far as your concerned it’s not yours and never was

Now I suggest you get a pen and paper and take some notes……

As per the Consumer Credit act which covers debts of Credit / Store Cards, Loans etc A debt is statute barred if nobody has admitted liability for it and no payments have been made too it in a 6 year period - FACT from Date of Default….

FACT ! UNDENIABLE FACT - There are ZERO circumstances that changes this fact ! The burden of proof and lawful requirement falls on you to prove a debt is not statute barred and this consists of a Section 77-79 Request WHERE YOU must provide a True Signed Original Copy of the Agreement, An up to date statement of the account showing all payments made too it within a 6 year period and The Deeds of Assignment NOT a notice of assignment….

Some debts are not covered by the Consumer Credit Act such as HMRC, Council Tax

However ANY ACCOUNT that relates to a Credit Card, Store Card, Loan the law is very clear ! 6 Years in England and Wales 5 years in Scotland !

Actually in England and Wales the debt still exists HOWEVER it cannot be legally recovered in a Court. But in Scotland the debt no longer exists at all ! Pooof Gone

Also ! You say your regulated by the FCA yet you constantly breach FCA guidelines…..

A firm must not continue to demand payment from a customer after the customer has stated that he will not be paying the debt because it is statute barred.

It’s wonderful to see your desperation though,

For anybody reading….. if you get a random CCJ appear, Contact the issuing court and tell them this debt is not yours ! You have requested the company who have applied for a CCJ to prove the debt is yours AND not statute barred, You asked them for the 3 Documents mentioned above and they have not provided them to you

I guarantee you ! Cast iron Guarantee the CCJ WILL be set aside,

If they prove the debt is not statute barred offer them £5 a month, if they refuse tell them to take you to court where you can tell the judge you offered all you can afford and they refused, !YOU DO NOT! have to fill out any Income and Expenditure forms, you do not have to give them any personal data at all. Also open a bank account with no overdraft, whatever payment you tell them transfer it to that bank and only use that bank with them ! Never have anymore money in it than that

I received a letter very late due to the postal service being less than desirable, when I rang to discuss my balance an amazing lady called Chelsea talked me through everything, she was so attentive and supportive, I’m pretty rubbish at phone calls and she put me at ease by finding common ground with me to take my mind off the pressure I’d put myself under by making the phone calls ( we spoke about our pets)
I honestly could not fault this amazing human, Chelsea also gave me some support numbers for my mental health, she went above and beyond.

If this amazing human is how this company trains their staff then I’d try find a way to recommend them!
Debt companies can be daunting to many ( including me) but I’m so glad I got to go through these guys.

Debt collectors using predatory tactics trying to go after me a debt I have no knowledge of as I have no debts. I can only assume this is a zombie debt they are trying to threaten me into paying.
No information about where the "debt" originated or any information on how much it is for. This is a pure phishing expedition and I will be reporting them to the FCA.

We’ve proved many many times with Property Deeds and Court letters. Etc etc.
Fraudulent Administration papers. To other Utility Companies.
Oops replied to my zero asking me to call them!

I spent an hour or so where Opps wanted my details…d O.B. ADDRESS, etc etc as they do not have them as I no longer live at. Location they can find, and they have tried.
As the debt that’s accumulated baffles me! They are seeking £400 for a PRE PAID meter!
Scottish Power have some how? Allowed the meter to run up this bill!
We grew up on Pre Paid meters and once the EMERGENCY CREDIT WAS GONE, no gas or Electric could be!
As for your security trap is almost as bad as your Alice Walker junk email and credit searches for my address…READ THE EVIDENCE.

The wonderful Yvonne called me earlier. She had so much empathy and didn’t judge me for one moment. I have had numerous personal issues over the last 6 years, which unfortunately, put me into a debt by a considerable amout. She instantly eased my worries as I am now slowly getting my life back.
