The customer service guy that I spoke to was very helpful, kind and considerate. Nothing was to much trouble and he talked through everything with me.

Leah was extremely helpful and patient after being bombarded by myself with questions, jobs etc she is a wonderful asset to your team and a very kind lady.

Once again i have to do a review about Optivo to get things sorted, As no one seem to care at all,
At the moment we do not need permits to park where i live but we share a car park with another block of flats which have to have permits, the car park has 13 spaces for my block of flats, which i park in but i keep getting parking tickets and CPM say i have to pay. have requested signs to go up in the car park but almost 5 week later nothing , OPTIVO just dont care

Was able to take the children on an activity morning for free thanks to optivo. The children were able to rock climb, climb the high-wrops and try archery. A fantastic event that they would not have been able to enjoy were it not for optivo.

Appalling. Living under a crack den with an Optivo tenant for 5 years has been a nightmare. Reported countless times, living with the smell of crack and people constantly visiting to get their hit at all hours is intolerable. Optivo's best solution was to suggest a mutual exchange. Would you exchange your flat to one below a flat where every single window is boarded up and is recognised locally as a crack dealer?

Having lost 3 members of my family in 3 years I was very low Wendy Leek the welfare officer gave me great support with weekly calls and going for walks I found this very helpful

We attended the Creed Outdoor Learning activity session today. The kids had a fantastic time doing the climbing wall, tight ropes and archery. The sessions are brilliantly organised with a safety brief and then very well run activities. Paul and his team were knowledgeable and friendly.

This is the second activity we have attended which has been run by Optivo and can highly recommend to everyone. Shona and her team are great in their communication from advertising the session upto meeting everyone at the event. It's fantastic for the children who would otherwise not have an opportunity to try these outdoor pursuit activities. Thank you for organising and look forward to more events.
