I ordered a watch. After I got the initial order confirmation, I didn't hear anything for two weeks. (Nor did I receive the watch.) So I contacted OPUMO by email. I got a quick response from Olya, who said (s)he would look into it and get back to me, but (s)he never did. I emailed him/her again a day later and got no response. Then I called. No one answered, so I left a detailed message, asking for a callback. That was a day ago. I still haven't received any response. So this company took my money, hasn't filled my order, and won't respond to my emails or calls. I'm beginning to wonder if I've been scammed.

Especially Ahmed Abdallah from Opumo support team was excellent to work with! I purchased a pair of Common Project shoes and wanted to make a return for a refund. He gave me very clear guidelines on what I needed to do and everything went through as explained. Looking forward to use Opumo in future purchases!

Will obviously order again.

Great service from Opumo and it was all down to Ahmed. When my poor little beanie got caught up in customs I thought this was all over, sayonara baby. God knows how lonely he got there for days on end but then Ahmed prevailed and now here he is, happy as Larry, on my head having a great old time! Cheers dude👍

Sometimes you have to rate a retailer by what happens after the purchase, when they already have your hard earned money.
I bought in November and all was fine until the product went faulty. Ahmed was like my personal case manager and ensured everything was resolved quickly and beyond what I could have hoped for.
I initially bought because of the low price but will come back because I know the service (in this instance Ahmed) is second to none.

I ordered some headphones as a retirement gift for a fellow colleague and received an email a couple days later saying that it was sold out. Customer service helped me find another one but really wish I could of got my first choice .

Great products and I'm extremely happy with their customer service too. I had an issue with an item and a great guy called Ahmed helped me out and solved the problem straight away. Very positively impressed with them. Totally recommend.
